Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

Great layout
In great condition. Only issue is greens in good shape but so long and slowest I have ever played on.
Date Palm
Nice guy in pro shop, no water cups, ony 105 degrees! Fairways nice, US Open length rough. Golf Now price ok,would not replay for $55. My wife loves the course and we have played there for years when we're in the desert.
Great Sunday round
Perfect day for golf early Sunday. We had the place to ourselves. perfect as my wife is a just starting to play golf. Very nice no pressure played at own pace. Only complaint would be the grass in the rough is like US open deep. lost balls less than 10'off the fairway. I get it it's a slow time of year. at least get the rough cut down to a playable level.
A little disappointed.
Greens were not up to standard. Rough was extremely hairy. Hope it’s just the summer weather causing these adverse conditions. This course is one of my favorite locations. Won’t keep me from returning but definitely not my best round here.
Just barely ok
Course left a lot to be desired. Most ball washers didnt work. The rough was scruffy, geens had just been aerated, and only 9 holes were open.
Not aware of the course when booked. Will be back. Great set up.
Unexpected fun and challenge. Staff were great. Course was excellent condition. A hidden gem for an executive game.
Great views
It's a interesting track. Conditions were good for last April. Great views.
Hidden Gem
My sisters and I play this course whenever possible. It's always in good shape and offers plenty of challenge with its water hazards and layout. It took us a little over two hours on a Wednesday morning and we were never held up. The members are courteous and offer to let our twosome play through. The staff are wonderful and the newly opened restaurant is a great way to end a round. In fact, I can't wait to play again.
