Great round!
It’s a perfect little 9 hole to take the boys out and play.
Waste of money
Paid online for 18 holes and they kicked me off when I got to the 10th green horrible customer service and staff was unfriendly. Complete waste of money and will never play this course again.
Scammed
I paid for 18 holes on line and they kicked me off when I got to the 10th tee box. Course was also in bad condition with lots of divots.
Blackberry Farm- Staff was friendly
It was the first time I took my boys golfing. The staff provided excellent service and advice. “Just let the kids play and let them have fun. At the end, offer them a cold treat during this hot day.” We will definitely return.
Greens are too slow
The greens are groomed well with no bare patches, however it feels like it was cut too long. Putts were slow. You shouldn't have to feel that you need to power your putt for a 6-10 footer to just get it to the hole. In one day, I golfed 3 courses, I golfed this course in between Rancho del Pueblo in San Jose and Deep Cliff. Those two courses had nearly perfect rolls and reads on putts. It made Blackberry a bit putting unsatisfying.
Dangerous round of golf
My wife and I played on Memorial day at 11:45. The course was very busy and we were delayed a bit. Additionally there was always a 3 to 5 minute wait for the groups ahead at every tee. The course is small and several of the fairways are parallel to each other so it was pretty common for balls to land on other fairways. On three occasions we had balls land very close to us, the first was with a group of young guys who were drinking and speaking to them was a waste of time. The second and third times were from the threesome behind us who had one guy who seemed to seemed to prefer his driver over any other club so he would overshoot the greens and hit the trees above us. I spoke with them about yelling fore and he apologized but it kept happening.
Great 9 hole
First time playing the course with my 8 yr old. Greens are excellent and fairways in good shape too. We will be back.
Decent course for a beginner
Went Sunday am and really no pressure while playing. Was with a first time golfer and this helped him a lot as he was able to focus on swinging . Good to see couple of short par 4s in a fairly tight course. Was tough to spot the greens and the hole location because of greenery surrounding the place. All good though
Blackberry farms
Nice course basic with easy pin locations. Some green damage causing uneven putting surfaces.friendly staff .
