This place is awesome for the $10 green fee .The course condition was the best I've ever seen it in.a few too many gophers on the course but what Carl Spackler is doing these days who knows.Greens are in great shape! Staff always so nice!

I have played here in the past and always enjoyed my time here. However, recently the course has been in great shape and I have been really impressed by it. I will be coming back to play again soon!

Nice little track, was very windy and your hitting into the wind 75% of the time.

greens and fairways were in good condition, areas just off the fairways were in need of mowing, it was difficult finding the ball in the rough.

Course is just long enough and fair enough to have a good scoring round. Nice people to play with every time we go. More a place for seniors had middle to high handicappers to play....always working on course some where...greens are fairly flat and not in best shape but playable....

Classic tree lined up through the course. Not much hazards. Ball easy to recover.

Have played the course several times; course conditions have improved a lot over the last month. Layout is good. Greens are smaller and slower which can make them more difficult. Pace of play can be slower on a weekend. Staff are very friendly and the course is well worth the price.

Booked a 7:30 am threesome for $19 each on a Saturday. For that price on a Saturday I wasn't expecting much of anything great, but I tell you I was so surprised. The Tee boxes were for the most part were flat and grassy.The fairways were all great and full of grass but with some standing water in areas. Greens were a little on the slower side and spongy but for 19$ on a Saturday morning I'm still happy. Pace of play at my tee time was also great, no one behind us and only caught up to the group in-front of us on one hole. Hopefully it's like that later in the day. I'm definitely coming back soon ! If you're looking for value and bang for your buck, Seven hills will give it to you.

Greens were very rough and bumpy. Looks like they rely on annual rain to water course. Followed another cart several times and was like in the old westerns when you saw the last group of riders in a pack and all they did is eat dust.

Course is in nice condition. Great value. Allways a pleasure to play here.

In spite of staff requests regulars continue to drive carts on tees and greens. Green aprons are bare as a result.

I have played this tract 4 times. The maintenance on the course can be greatly improved. How about real sand in the traps instead of watered down earth. also, when you make the turn number10 is always backed up. I have picked up at number 11 all 4 rounds . I feel golf should be played at a 4:15 pace for 18 holes. This course does not staff a marshall to help move slower folks along. I will not play here again.

I have been golfing this course for 5 years and this is the worst condition I have ever seen. The fairways are mostly dirt and weeds, and the greens are full of weeds and lumpy. The best thing about the course was the cart. It was in good condition and worked. I have heard that the course is for sale and the current owners don't want to put any money into it. I believe that.

easy course, not wonderfully maintained, but lots of fun for us intermediate players. The termite mounds were softer than the sand traps.

Had a good round on a course that for this time of the year was in decent shape. Most greens were better than average. A good value for the price.

Had a nice time playing this course with my freinds
