Seven Hills Golf Club

Played the front nine twice. Fairways are reseeding, cart path only one side. So, if hit ball on the opposite side of the fairway, you have to walk across. Greens were not punched but very slow and bumpy. Marshall (they actually have one) was friendly but making sure you did not try on the fairway and the rough on the opposite side. Course if flax, greens are basically flat, so can score on this course.

Enjoyed the course. However, due to overseeding, the front nine was closed. Played back nine twice. Course notified Golf Now but I was not notified. I would not have played had I known the front nine was closed.

I have played this course for years now and it's one of m favorites. It's not too challenging but it has character and an old school type course ambience. The day we played it was 112 degrees out and the course was still very green. On a couple of holes there was standing water. Overall the course for this time of the year was very good, there was a lot of debris on some of the greens from the pine trees but most of them were quite smooth and receptive. You can't go wrong playing this course.

Soon as we arrived the heat came as a wave, we found out it was 103 deg. $14 was about right I would not play anything more than that. Course was dry hardly any water on the course including the hazards. It was pretty empty, have all the time in the world including searching for balls, the rough had tall grass looks like no one cuts it.

The course was in pretty good shape and for the value worth the almost hour drive to get there. The two.ladies in the pro shop were the frosting on the cake. They honored my reservation I made on the wrong day and waived the "ride along fee" for my non playing cart passenger. They said "just have fun". They even sent a follow up thank you email the next day. Its the little things that sometime make a difference.
