awesome course!

Have played here 3 times now and love the course! Always in great shape. Only issue is a lot of duck droppings on greens by water, but every other green is in great shape. Beautiful course and highly recommend!

Course condition decent but not good/great. although in better condition than in the summer, still lots of issues on greens, fringes and collars. Numerous maintenance projects on going during play. Still sand on greens from aeration and/or overseeding done many weeks ago. A great course & layout but still somewhat disappointed in course conditions.

Hit or Miss

Entire front nine was immaculate 5/5. Greens were rolling well, rough was manageable, great layout with risk/reward holes. Back nine was in decidedly worse shape, geese have taken over a couple of holes and that means navigating droppings and angry hissing birds. Overall a good course, but way better value and conditions elsewhere in North GA.

Enjoyed it!

Conditions were very good and the holes had their unique challenges. The scenery on several holes was impressive and the elevation changes quite dramatic. Would definitely recommend.

Great Course

We played mid morning on a Saturday and still finished in just under 4.5 hours. The course is in great shape & the workers in the clubhouse are always friendly. Only concern is that the greens fee keeps going higher.

First time. Would go back

Great course. Great practice area. A little pricy but the overall course conditions were pretty good. The greens rolled better than they looked. Fairways were in decent shape. The cart paths really need some work though. They have some serious root problems. Uneven spots all throughout the course paths and it’s a bumpy ride. That didn’t affect the overall enjoyment, just a slight annoyance.

Beautiful and Challenging

I live in Asheville, NC and came to Atlanta for a few days to get away from the devastation of Helene, get a hot shower. and play some golf. This was my first time booking through GofNow and playing as a single. The course was amazing, great condition, lots of water and bunkers but the sand was perfect. Service was not great, both the pro shop and the cart folks were not helpful.

Great course

Really enjoyed the course. It's challenging but not ridiculous, even for mid- handicappers. Layout is really nice and the greens were awesome. Highly recommended

Great course, amazing layout

Loved the course. It was in great shape and loved the layout. I can't understand why a all bucket of range balls isn't included in the price but seems to be pretty common at a lot of courses. The biggest issue is pace of play. Took the better part of 5 hours to play 18 on a Monday afternoon but again, a common issue at most courses.

I will definitely play here again and really enjoyed the course.

Nice layout , challenging and has some good challenges.

Course was in good shape other than the greens need some attention , they were long which is a shame because the rest of layout was fun to play.

Speed of play was good for a weekend - Teed off at 1.00pm and was done at 4.20 Traffic seems light on the weekend after lunch .

Staff very helpful and polite.

Love this environment and coarse layout. I recommend ST Marlo to all my golf buddies as a must go play, a true challenge and a major golf experience.

Great Layout Bad Greens

Really unfortunate because the course layout is nice but the greens have more fur on them than a grizzly bear and more imperfections than Michael Jackson's face. What shocked me the most was the putting green it had gaps and crevasses and holes all over the place, nobody cares about this place and it shows. Best way to describe the condition is a bunch of children play there every day and never rake a bunker or fix any ball marks on the green. It is comical and sad and the same time.
