St. Marlo Country Club

We were fortunate to be the first group off. The course was in good shape considering all the recent rain. Overal good layout with some challenging holes along the way. Nice bar/grill area.

Just one thing that all ball washers don’t have water . Good view and good condition

When we arrived at the course, the pro shop did not have our reservation, which I had made the previous week through GolfNow. To my amazement, I received a cancellation through GolfNow while working with the pro to get a tee time for our foursome. Neither I nor the course cancelled, Pro was able to work us in, no thanks to GolfNow. I am a Golfpass member, and am not happy. Looking forward to my discussion with the GolfNow office. Other than being pretty wet, the course was in good shape and the staff was super.

Took us 3 hours to finish the front 9. Ranger stopped by on hole 4 and 9 tee box. We told him how miserably slow it was and he was shocked by my comment. He blamed it on the fact that it was and nice day and that it was cart path only. He then said the back 9 would be wide open for us. We stopped at the turn to give the group in front some time to tee off. We got to the 10th tee and the group in front was still waiting to hit their tee shots. There were 5 groups on the 10th hole including us once we got there. We decided to call it and went in for a full refund. Not a huge fan of 6 hour rounds.

The course is in rough shape due to the massive rain over the last 1-2 months. Even though it hasn't rained in days it's soggy and showing serious damage on several holes. The greens are slow, bumpy and have some type of other grass/weed growing in. The greenkeepers have a ton of work to do for this course to reach the normal level of conditioning and it's definitely not worth paying full price right now. Outside the conditioning the pace of play was brutal (over 5 hours) and certain details like every ball washer being non-functional due the drain plugs being removed make for an unacceptable experience.

Scenic and challenging!! Outside of the cart paths being trash this golf course has to be one of the best in the Atlanta area. Thumbs up!

Course is nice but a but needs some work on tee boxes and bunkers. The cart paths are also very bumpy. Good value for what I paid. Greens were fine.

Nice challenging course. But pace of play was slow today. Fairways were wet too.

Some of the most fun par 3s I have ever played and the greens were great.

The experience was an enjoyable one. The course was a bit soggy but playable. I was met with nothing but friendly staff.

Course design and layout was a lot of fun. Plenty of variety with challenging and “get able” holes. Course conditions were perfect. Greens were pure and very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to many more rounds there in the future.

Good value for the money, especially when it’s offered on a hot deal

Predicted rain which kept many off course...we had a great day and course was extremely fair. Always enjoy playing this course.

This course is and has always been one of my favorite courses in the north Atlanta area. Everything about it is nice, including the layout, the greens, the shape, the diversity, etc. the staff and Restaurant is also very nice. The only major problem entire course has is that the cart paths are in such bad shape that it’s hard to drive around without hitting huge drop offs and holes. I had a backache today, and it made it almost impossible to drive around hitting all the holes without it hurting. You guys really need to look into something to fix them.
