Desert Island Country Club

Desert Island is a nice little track. Very well maintained, great staff, and great pace of play. No GPS on the carts, but not a big deal.

The course itself is somewhat tight. It has some very nice water features, including the signature island fairway on Hole 9. Greens rolled true but not too fast, bunker sand was good. With enough challenges to make it interesting, but not oppressively difficult, you'll enjoy your round at Desert Island. Add it to your list of fun tracks in the Coachella Valley.

Having never played Desert Island I found it to be an excellent experience. Old school layout requires some shot making ability off the tee. Green were fantastic.

Beautiful course. Very friendly staff.

Only thing they need to improve on having more golf carts and with GPS.

We never saw the beverage cart.

Service at the bar was extremely slow!

First impression was very positive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surprised and a bit disappointed to learn that basic water was not provided. Unusual given the cost to play. There was one location on back nine where you could refill a bottle if you had brought your own. Restaurant food was different but very tasty. Would recommend with qualification.

This course is so pretty and in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly as well.
