Did not like the conditions of this course at all.
Fairways had hardly any grass and when they did it was hard and packed.
Greens did not roll true and were slow.
Greens also were very rough in some spots.
Not going back to this place.

Thursday Play
Mid day play on a Thursday.... Started off real good, got backed up around the 8th hole, but kept a steady pace there after. The coarse has a variety looks, but the maintenance on the greens & some of the fairways definitely need a retouch. My wife played with me & enjoyed it, not to difficult for her level of play. Definitely would come back if in the area, it makes a good practice coarse for the price.
Greens are really bad
Fun layout, challenging out of bounds, decent fairways, very friendly and helpful staff.
But the greens are so bad... so bumpy and poorly maintained. The bunkers are even worse. No sand at all just rocks. Big ones.
Overall I did enjoy the course. The price is great and that’s why I keep coming back.

Course needs major overhaul.
Probably one of the worst courses I've played on. The fairways were full of squirrel and gopher holes and the cart I was using felt like an old car with no shocks. God help you if you don't hit the fairways, your hitting off dirt and rocks or you lose the ball in the weeds. The only good thing was the price but now I know why.

Worst course ever played
I should've paid attention to previous reviews. There were so many gopher holes or big clumps of weeds on the fairways you could hit it right down the middle and lose your ball. You could never run the cart close to full speed as you would bounce up and down until your package hurt. The greens were not aeriated -they had like rake marks by the tractor throughout unless they were bare dirt. Only the tee boxes were playable. We quit after 14 due to the terrible conditions of the course coupled with 20 mph winds. I do not recommend even at $5 much less their retail price - we booked through lightening deal for $33 as opposed to $47 rack rate. Awful.

Do not... go in there. Literally bad everything. Just trust me as don’t waste however cheap it is. Not worth the time

Fun place!
Was a great place to play, lady at front was very nice, coarse was in decent condition as long as you stay on the coarse LOL but overall was very fun!
Hidden gem in Sun City
I have been played this course for a couple of years on and off, and since I play at least a couple times a week, so this course like a bang on the money! And also I have noticed fairway conditions got much improved, and they seem working hard to upgrade their facility as well. I recommend if you look for budget friendly and just have fun doing a round in golf course!

My practice spot
Things are getting better. Slowly but surely. Still a good time. As long as you get hot deal for 12.99 can't beat it...

Overbooked and not even a push cart was given
They over booked and said it was going to be at least an hour to tee off. We wanted to get in at least 9 holes so we asked to be accommodated with push carts so we wouldn’t have to wait but that was a no too.

Course is in the worst shape I have ever seen. Will never golf it again. Too many ground squirrels and cart paths are dangerous to patrons.
Garbage
I’m telling you right now. This course shape is terribly maintained. The people are super unorganized and don’t think ahead. Sure it’s $30 but you’d be better off whacking at the ball in the middle of a mud ground. I’ve never gotten so dirty from hitting it from the fairway, yo I have to clean off your ball every hole. Greens are both fast and slow throughout the course. It’s cheap but not even worth it. Range is ok, balls are cheap (you definitely get what you pay for (cracked/dead balls)) but off mats. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Save your money or pay an extra $10-$15 and go to somewhere nicer. Good lord
