Hopefully under construction
Rabbit holes everywhere. The fairways were almost non existent. Greens were yellow and patchy. I'm hoping it's just the weather or the time of year.

Disappointing Day
Upon arrival we were told by the front desk that we should be on schedule to tee off at our designated tee time (1:07). Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with carts until 1:50, which is completely unacceptable. We were unable to finish our round purely do to the fact that we ran out of light. If we would’ve started on time we probably would’ve been able to get the last two holes in. The course itself was in ok shape. Unless the courses management figures out how to manage the course in a more efficient manner we will not be returning.

This is a perfect course to build houses on. Don't waste your money.

it’s the worst fairways I’ve ever seen in my life the worst greens I’ve ever seen in my life every review online lied this course sucks take my word for it

Course in bad shape
Staff was friendly and pace of play was good but the course itself is in terrible condition. Couple of the holes are hardly playable due to the lack of grass and gopher holes. Greens are in bad shape. This’ll be a one and done course for myself and the other three players in our group.

Gopher Holes Everywhere
The greens are like an ocean, wavy and bumpy. Gopher holes all over the place! Cart path is more beat up the driving through the rough. Wont be playing here anymore.

Ok neighborhood course.
The course is just ok for neighbors,seniors,beginners. The rates are fair,staff pleasant. "Players" who drove any distance would be disappointed. Fits the golfer who wants a practice round rather than a memorable golf experience.
I'll be back, with current rates at other courses and paying 2 fees each round we can't afford $280-300/week for green fees (2 rounds each a week).
How about a single or couples monthly rate that ends when we go north?

Improvement
It appears that the course is improving at least over a year ago when we lasted play there. Will play there again much sooner then 12 months.

Gopher City
Played this course for years. Worst condition I’ve ever seen it. They have a major gopher problem and I think decided to flood the course to drown them out. Usually greens are decent but they were horrible.
