My short game course go to
A fantastic value with a very nice conditions of all aspects greens , fairways , etc and a bit of a challenge with some longer or 3 ‘s and with elevated greens as well as some downward sloping holes this is my go to 1.5 hour short game course that has never disappointed every time I play here I enjoy my round and it’s nothing fancy nor unique but you get a great value with consistency in conditions , pace , and pin placement, go play and fix Your divots !! Haha
It was pleasant
Nice short course. Two par 4s that are driveable. Fairways are lined with trees to limit how much errant shots run away. Enough shape to the holes to present fun problems and punishment is light enough to keep the course easy and fun. Greens are slow/sticky.

You can always count on a pleasant day of golf at Sunken Gardens!
Very nice staff, medium level of pace of play, great par 3's and 4's. Allows you to really practice your short game.

Nice nine in all ways - always!!!
Never played here till only a few years ago, having multiple false misconceptions!!! A nice flat walk, with two par fours, some trees all around, & bunkers to provide added 'practice'! Traditional "back - an - forth", fairways design. Also some hill sides, as boundaries or ball takers, but just enough for a relatively quick nine!! Definitely one of my favorites!

This course is small but extremely fun. Great for beginners and intermediate players. The course is well kept. The greens are perfect. You can play 9 in about an hour and a half. The staff are very nice and are eager to help you. The driving range is nice also. Great value and great fun.

Challenging course for beginners
The 9 hole course is a good test of hitting straight. Fairways are fairly narrow and mostly require iron control. Small hills make for interesting off-balance shots, testing capabilities. Quick course to get through.
Great place to learn
My son and I have been playing this course since he was little. It's been a great place for him to learn and for me to work on my short game. We have youth on the course for him and get the resident rate so it's a bargain.
Good Price, Good Golf, Fast pace and Great Beer!
Great reception staff, great bar staff, and a good pace of play except when you’re caught behind the senior PGA members on Friday competition day. Certainly a place to hone in on your short game, with enough mid to short iron holes. The tee boxes need to be seeded with a more durable grass. The greens needs attention. I had to fix plugs in greens on every hole. Sad, but true. I would definitely recommend this course, but be careful of the bar staff, as you might not want to leave.
