Ivey Ranch Country Club

Nicely kept short nine hole. Has some challenging holes. Greens and course are in great shape. Staff friendly. Winds though a neighborhood of 55 and over manufactured homes. Quiet little course. Greens were in good shape.

Very nice course. Beautifully maintained! The course is small but challenging enough. Using takes us two hours to play 9 holes. Great for quick game of golf in the morning for us. Staff is very nice.

Amazingly well laid out 9 hole! Will be back for sure! Good value for what this course is.

I wasn't expecting much for this 9-hole course. But I thought it was in excellent condition. Very green everywhere, even in the rough. Staff member old us we were up next but it turns out the previous tee time group wasn't at the tee box yet. So a little confusion there but no biggie. We golfed after 3pm so it was very reasonable. Good value I thought.

The course played a bit slow but it was short. since I hadn't picked up a club for 6 months its was a great course for the price to play. People were friendly. The course was in ok condition

Same super friendly staff! The course was a little less wet/muddy than a week ago, just a few bad spots next to the cart path. Got a little clogged with. 4some and 2some ahead of us at holes 5-6-7, but pretty good other than that.

The 2some in front of us left their cart in front of our tee box (reds) on 6 when they walked over to the next hole 7 to tee off-may need to add some signage by the tees ti direct folks to take their carts with to the next hole ?

Taitel and challenging course, very friendly staff! Only complaint would be the course was very wet/soggy in a few places, and there were lots of leaves on the fairway making it hard to see out balls. We will definitely be back and will bring friends!

This place was awesome. Reasonably challenging, immaculate condition, good pace of play - steady but not crowded. Price point was amazing- a tremendous value for the fees. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Beautiful fairways, greens, etc. Starter was friendly. Excellent practice facilities!

Very nice course. Well maintained. Excellent fairways and greens. Some long holes, especially for a nine hole course. Friendly staff. Not much traffic, so you don’t feel pressured.

The course was a pretty and well maintained 9 hole course for a reasonable price. If you want to play 18 holes, you just play the same 9 hole again. The fella running the show (Pro shop and starter) was friendly and announced tee times in a timely manner. The pace of play was a little slow, but I think that was due to the driving accuracy (lack thereof) of the players in one the groups in front of us. We noticed they were often looking for their balls. Otherwise, this was a very nice course and I plan to play it again.

Great fun course it’s very narrow but absolutely in great condition.

Greens are amazing possibly one of the healthiest green I’ve came around .
