Great nine hole course
If you like nine hole courses you must play
Ivey Ranch Can be slow from time to time
Because 18 hole play can be affected by
nine hole t times. Still a must play course
My wife loved it
Short but fun course. Not for sophisticated golfers but comfortable for players developing their games and enough challenge for more seasoned players. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Outstanding
Grass range, fun holes, excellent conditions all around. By far the fastest golf cart I’ve ever driven, like borderline dangerous in a fun way. Unfortunately it’s also semi-private and some residents seem to think etiquette doesn’t apply to them; had two guys hit into me while I was standing in the 9th fairway, zero apology
Pleasant place to play. Course à bit toonshort. Easy and relax to play. We shall retourne!

Course was empty, greens very well kept up, great course to work on short game at different angles, most holes had greens somewhat Elevated. Grass range..
Challenging Tracj
Front nine was slow back nine much better, course was in real good shape! Old carts but no problems need a gps finder as none available

Nine hole course. Golfed back to back.
Course is in good condition considering recent flood.
9 holes only
This is a 9 hole course but they advertise 9 and 18 hole rates. With Golfnow I was unaware that you can only buy the 9 hole rate and must pay the full regular 9 hole rate again if you want to play 18. Pretty tacky attitude by the Golf Pro/Pro Shop Manager too. The course was empty but he still came running out of the clubhouse to tell us we had only paid for 9 and had to stop. Even considering we had lunch in the grill before we teed off. But it's no big deal because we will never go back there again anyhow. The rate after you pay full boat for the addition 9 is ridiculous and not even close to competitive here in the desert this time of the year.
Friendly Staff
Check-in was great. We were early and the starter let us out early. Caught up to the groups in front of us and waited on a couple of holes but overall a good course that challenged the different levels in our group. We will play it again.

A great course to play 9 holes and then enjoy a beer on the patio. Staff is extremely friendly.

Great Staff! Restaurant was closed. Conditions were just fine, greens were good. Very fun 9 hole course.
