Perfectly Maintained

Shapely Hammock was absolutely beautiful. The layout as it intertwined with the surrounding wetlands and the condition of the course was amazing especially for it being mid/late December. I would highly recommend this course to anyone in the Southern Georgia area.

Couldn’t have been better!

I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful golf course. Everything exceeded expectations - from the price to the friendliness of the staff to the stunning views throughout the course. I’m a high handicapper, and even though I didn’t play very well, we had tons of fun! Run, don’t walk, to make a tee time here!

Suber Hidden gem

Sapelo is a hidden gem that people need to know about. It is a suberb challenge with some wow factor holes from tee to green!!! you wont be disappointed.

Play for 9, 17 and 18.

Played the course upon leaving a trip to the Carolinas. After you get thru the drive from the interstate you will be pleasantly happy. Good price, free range balls. Locals tend to walk or play with more than 4 but they always let me pass. At least 4 holes play over savannas. Its a least 240 in the air from the tips on number 9 to clear it. I absolutely loved the last 2 finishing holes.

Worth the stop

Played the course on our way to Florida. Very windy conditions ahead of Hurricane Nicole but a lot of fun. We were a twosome playing behind a foursome of older men who wouldn't even think about letting us play through, the only downside to the day. Great conditions, moderate speed on the greens, very playable.
