Penmar Golf Course

Pros:

- For the most part, it’s a pretty well maintained course

- Nice staff

Cons:

- Greens are either meh or great

- Literally had to wait at least 10 minutes each hole and close to 25 minutes on one hole

- Was only able to play half a round before it got dark even though I booked a tee time 1 hr and a half before sunset

I really love the ocean breeze. It does factor into how you play the game. However, this course is wide open and it's fairly simple. If you're a intermediate player. Enjoy your round

Course in remarkable shape for a daily fee course opened year round. Grass in good shape. Staff was pleasant

Lots of fun playing! Really nice cheap 9 and good vibes. Nicely laid out and grass/greens are surprisingly nice. Slow pace of play but par for the course at penmar

Love this place to get a quick nine in and work on your game. Mostly all of the people who play here are enjoyable to be around, and the restaurant is really great. It's not challenging, and is about as flat as a golf course can be, but it's great for what it is. The only major downside is that they send out five people in each group, which shouldn't be going on anywhere.

Whenever I play this course, I feel that I could be a PGA tour Player!!

You can use your driver to tee off on 5 of 9 holes. Very long, flat, wide fairways. A great course for a beginner or an expert.
