Pine Creek Golf Course is part of the La Plata Communities in Colorado Springs. The course winds through the Pine Creek Valley, providing a lush and varied landscape. The course sprawls across high plains grasslands with abundant trees and lakes coming into play throughout. The seemingly gentle terrain has tricky undulations that total over 375 feet of elevation changes. The front is a canyon-style nine while the back is more of an American links design. There are creek beds coming into play on nearly every hole as well as strategically placed bunkers. In addition to the challenging round, the golf course offers stunning views of Pikes Peak, the Front Range, and the entire Colorado Springs skyline. At Pine Creek there is also a unique elevated, target-oriented grass driving range, a practice green, and a short game area.

• 9-hole play is welcomed on a walk-in basis. 9-hole reservations available starting 1pm Mon-Thur & 3pm Fri-Sun.

• Junior rates are available by walk-in only and cannot be reserved in advance.

• While playing alone inquiries are always welcomed, groups may be asked to pair up when appropriate.

• Rain checks are valid 30 days. Thank you for rescheduling.

Outstanding views

A fairly tight course with some blind tee shots. The course winds its way through some neighborhoods and was in excellent shape. Between the views of Pike's Peak, the front range, and the fall colors, it was nothing less than spectacular. My only complaint was the starter paired the two of us up w/another twosome, no big deal, but then allowed all kinds of 2-somes and singles to play so we let several small groups play through. But why pair us up to make 4 but not others? Pretty solid course and I plan to play again.

Challenging course

Fantastic course, friendly staff. Not great for a beginner as fairways are narrow and binkers are a challenge, but a great course and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to play again in the future.

My favorite course in the Springs

I play this course on a regular basis. This is not a course for beginners. The front nine has trouble on the right for most of the round and narrow fairways. Course was in excellent condition. Had a great time playing this course.

Great local course

I've played this course probably half a dozen times and it is always in top notch condition. The greens & fairways were both in excellent shape. The course is challenging and requires good shot making. I got a great deal with Golf Now since the only reason I don't play there more often, is the cost is higher than other local courses.

Ho Hum, Staff not very professional, always a very difficult challenge to accept Golfnow customers! Arrogant, they try to make you feel bad for paying less.

Pine Creek

Exceptional mountain views from the course. Greens and fairways were in excellent shape. Fairways are tight, but fair. Bunkers are well placed. The staff especially, the starter, Mark, was very helpful, friendly and at your service. You can walk the course, but recommend to ride. The carts have GPS. It was worth the money for an enjoyable round of golf.

Great challenge

Course in great shape. Staff very friendly. Played in 4 hrs. My only criticism may be that we were a threesome, joined with a single to make four. We spent all round letting singles and twosomes play through which really disrupted our round. The marshal should have asked those singles and doubles to join up so that the pace of play for all players was better managed.

Traveling through Colorado Springs

My friend and I were traveling through Colorado and looking for a good course to play. We needed rental clubs. Pine Creek had them. Most other courses in Colorado Springs did not.
Just a 15-20 minute ride from downtown Colorado Springs, Pine Creek was a wonderful buy for the quality of golf we experienced. We paid $29 apiece on line for golf, including cart. It was $39 for walk ups.
Pine Creek offered challenging, but fair holes with four different tees to choose from.
If you are traveling through Colorado Springs and don't have your clubs, go to Pine Creek"

A good choice on a good day

This course makes you think about your shots yet is still enjoyable. Greens were in the best condition I've seen at this course and the course was set up nicely. Fairways were mowed, first cut was the right height and the rough was punishing, yet playable.

Full practice facility with chipping and bunker practice greens.

I didn't score as well as I usually play (my own damned fault), but I still enjoyed my round. It was a good day.

Good course for a good price

First time at Pine Creek and I really enjoyed it. Very typical Colorado course with elevated fairways and hills all around, not to mention the great views.

Good course and the value was great!

golf

The course was in good condition but I was disappointed once again with the golf.now price. I paid $24 each to play at the course for two people and was charged a $4.98 booking fee by golf.now. I would have been better off not using golf.now as the 18 hole green fee was $25 so I overpaid using golf.now because of the booking fee. This is about the fourth time this has happened to me this year and I'm growing tired of it. I may not use golf.now for quite some time going forward.
