Well maintained and laid out well. Forgiving fairways and large greens. Some water to avoid with the occasional sand trap. Some of the roughs are very deep. Overall a pleasant experience. Course is spread between several neighborhoods, which on a hot day is a nice break between holes.

I got a great deal on golf now, and couldn't pass it up. I hadn't played the course in over a year and it was in great condition, and has a great challenging layout. I loved that it was not overcrowded and the nature views were great. We saw a dear, turkey, and other wildlife which added to our enjoyment of the day. One recommendation to the course: teach your maintenance guys to stop and honor the golfers as they swing, and watch out! They just went about their business as if we were not even there.

Very nice course, rolling fairways and well maintained greens. Rough was fairly deep in spots but playable. Price was reasonable.

Enjoyed the round. Lots of undulating lies which make fairway shots interesting. Greens were receptive and well maintained.

Don't play here unless you enjoy running into a tournament, without any warning, and have your round screech to a halt. Staff very rude. I should expect to have to wait behind six groups because I "saved $5 by booking on golf now." Also, on course maintenance staff very rude. Used to play there once a week. Will not play there again.

One of the better couses in North Atlanta,,,,always in great shape. Course is well maintained.. Hard holes if you are not in the fairway...fair holes if you are...

First time I had played this course in at least 9 years. Still like the layout and think is in much better shape, but do not think I would play on Fri, Sat or Sun again. To crowded and slow. Probably during the week next time. This was the only day I could play with my grand son before heads off to college

This course is always in great shape. It has a nice mixture of short and long par 4's. No two holes are alike.

Challenging track, well maintained, work the hills, placement of shots matter, greens a little slow but played late afternoon. Tree lined fairways hide true wind effect.

The course overall is not one I would want to play on a regular basis. While it was in reasonably good condition, everyone in our 4some commented they would probably not return to play there. Many fairways have steep slopes and large undulations in the fairway areas, making for some unfortunate bounces and difficulty in finding a level lie to hit from. Also, though the blue tees are only about 6200 yards, the mix of holes leaves too many 300 yard par 4s followed by 400+ yard par fours for many groups of mixed handicappers to enjoy. If you move down to the white tees at about 5800 yards, the shorter hitters will like the carries off the tee better but it can make driver use difficult for longer hitters. Overall, just a bit too odd and “tricked up” of a layout for my tastes. Scenery is not really that spectacular and there are not too many memorable holes to speak of really. There many better options around Atlanta that can be played for similar prices.

Greens were a little bumpy but early in the year. Overall very good course with lots of movement to fairways.

Reasonably priced

Played on 3/28/13 and the course was in good shape. The greens rolled so true but were definitely quick. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was a fun round of golf.

This is one of the most enjoyable courses in the area. Not new, but very well kept, Interesting holes calling for challenging shots. Well worth the time and money, great play.

Enjoyed the back nine, but had to enjoy it twice since the front was being aerated. Play was slow because of this.

This is a nice course but with all the rain we have had plays really wet. This condition will change in the coming months. When I played they were aerating the back greens but the front were untouched. These greens were terrific. Very fast and in great shape, so I expect that after aeration, all the greens will be really nice. Very hilly layout, unusual to get a level lie. Well placed shots may be rewarded.

Enjoyed the round. Course is tough if you are not familiar with the course due to the hills and blind pins encountered. Greens were in very good shape and staff was very nice. I liked a couple of the par fives but again knowing the landing areas made it very difficult.

A rare window of mild, partly cloudy weather coincided with a day off and a Golf Now hot deal. The course was in better condition than I would have thought given all the recent rain, hence the summary title. The greens rolled quickly and well and few were the times that I had to move the ball from a soggy spot in the fairway. Though I seldom get to, I enjoy playing this course. It's not overly long, but is challenging and requires a measure of strategy for each hole. Familiarity is a definite asset and I wouldn't mind becoming more familiar with this track.

Hint: The greens do not break as much as you read. I am a member of the culb up the street and it was fun to play here for a change, and will do so again. The practice range has been upgraded with good targets.
