Actual course was good, greens quick. Unfortunately the clubhouse isn’t built, cart paths go down construction roads, heavy equipment kicks up dirt in your face and $100 a round to be forced to use porta potty’s and put up with all that? It should be at most half that price. It’ll be worth the $$$ price when construction is completed and the trees block at least some wind. Until then, I suggest one of the many other courses in the area. I do look forward to trying it again in three to five years.

For the length of time it's been open the course is in very good shape. The only downside is the greens are hard so if you hit on the green they don't hold well. A very nice course in the making. There is construction all around which can be distracting.

By far the best course I've played in Sarasota using TeeOff.

Greens were perfect, maybe a bit firm as this is a newer course. There really wasn't much definition between the fairway and rough, except for the painted green line. The only downside; other than the amenities, is there is a lot of construction going on and it gets a bit dusty if the wind is blowing.

The course is in fantastic shape. The only issues is there is absolutely nothing there. There’s no club house, it’s just a trailer for now, but the practice facilities are open and are nice. The course layout is great, but since there’s no houses yet, everything is wide open and it got windy for us.

The staff is great. The course has potential to be a nice course a few years from now right now there’s just dust blowing everywhere and you can barely see if the wind kicks up. Add to the fact that this course is not worth $149.I would save my money and play elsewhere.

Staff, Bill cart guy and Mike in the shop, as well as the others are very friendly and helpful. Course is a good challenge, while water does exist on many holes in rarely comes into play. No amenities, two garbage cans on 2 and 11. One bottle of water per round, if you want more water it’s $3.00 a bottle. No ice or water machine yet. No drinking water on the course. I played previously and bottled water was complimentary during your round. At least give a player two bottles before the round, due to Florida heat, lack of drinking water on the course would be expected for the price.

Course is brand new but in terrific shape. Best to play on a day when the wind is down (due to blowing sand and dust). This was our first time playing here, and we can’t wait to return.

The course is wonderful. There is extensive home construction going on, but we still enjoyed the course!! Highly recommend!

Not clear when you book but opened in Feb 2025. No trees. Layout is not really a challenge except for some undulation creating a few uneven lies. Absolute construction zone all around. Driving thru unfinished paths, dodging construction vehicles, dust and hay flying everywhere. No acknowledgement of the construction going on except for the comments " all courses start this way" and the "$129 pricing is acknowledgement of the lack of amenities". Trailer club house, port a John bathroom with no water. Would not bother, can player nicer fully equipped courses for less. Tried to upload photos but golf now isn't allowing

This is a brand new course opened in February. The neighborhood is literally just being built. So the scenery is heavy duty construction equipment, sewer pipes, concrete trucks. Cart paths are partially done and the clubhouse is temporary. Having said that the golf course is really great. It’s in great shape - the greens roll a touch slow. Plenty of water on the course so pay attention to the GPS as there a couple water hazards you can’t see on the tee box. Pace of play was 4-4:15. Very generous wide fairways on most holes. I paid $79 for a late day round (and got 18 in) and given all the construction and some of the incompleteness of the course that was a great value for a really nice course.

*Writing this as a warning to any out of town golfers*.

As of 3-13-2025 they have NOT received their rental golf clubs yet. Of course, that’s through no fault of the club, just wanted to warn others. The course was stunning and in impeccable condition, not surrounded by houses either! Kind of reminded me of videos I’ve seen of Panther National GC (Justin Thomas’s course).

Pro shop guy was very kind and apologetic, he did state that they were waiting on the shipment to arrive. Just call before you book a teetime.

No houses. Wide fairways and no flat greens. Even the fairways have mounds. Really enjoyed playing there. Definitely will be back.

Very poor amenities - basic toilet / washrooms & nowhere to dust after a round of golf!

Course has loads of work on heavy duty working building machinery on almost all holes of the course

Dusty atmosphere

Full price of $133 for a round is totally inappropriate for the condition of entire setup - suggest golf fees to be 50% of this amount - we paid this fee for other superb courses with superb amenities & surroundings

Guess that things will improve in a year or so and people will enjoy the course in future

Photos on their website are misleading

Course was good, as expected, but nothing crazy. No clubhouse yet, which is fine. No beer/liquor yet, which is not as fine. Development construction all over the place so it was very dusty. Course itself was super nice, but the greens had sand on them, played super slow. $140 is too expensive for a round IMO.

Greens are new so a little fury now but wait until they start mowing them! Don’t be above the hole!

Wide fairways, no trees. Confusing layout, but once infrastructure is in place it should be easy to maneuver.
