Calusa Country Club - 12-Hole Course

We really enjoyed playing this course. While there are some tricky tee shots, you always have a fair chance to recover. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in top shape.

I will 100% play here again, but I am going to wait until construction is complete or nearly finished. The pro shop and bathrooms are in a trailer; there is no starter stand, golf carts are being doled out in the parking lot, etc. Honestly, it's quite a mess.

If none of that will bother you, go out and enjoy. For myself, as much as I enjoyed the course, I am going to wait a bit before playing it again.

I like the links course layout and aqua range with range balls included. Our cart died on tee box for hole 11. The other cart shut down because it went out of bounds off 12th green due to lack of signage telling you where to go and it went on road to parking lot. 12 holes is a good amount of golf for me.

Tea boxes are perfect and identifiable

Fairways are nice

The greens are very nice

What’s missing is all the landscaping and trees

Please remember this is a construction zone

If you want to work on your game from a practice perspective then it’s a great price

Course is in excellent condition. Pace of place was great. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

First time playing the 12 hole course , it’s in very good shape and has some fun holes. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Definitely would recommend. Pro shop is still a trailer and there is a ton of construction. I will echo some of the other reviews they need better signage ASAP. It wouldn’t take much to put some plastic signs out there to help out especially on some holes that have ongoing projects.

First time, Great condiotion, The clubhouse has yet to open but facitiles work for now. Only issue was figuring out how to get to the first hole for the 12 hole course. Better signage would help, a lot of contruction going on so that where yhou can get turned around. All in all a great day of golf.

This 12 hole course is legit! 3 par 5’s. Which are pretty long! Not to mention it’s separate from the original course.

The 12 hole is a nice way to get a quick round in. It was a little slow the day I played but was able to finish in 2.5 hours.

The club is still under construction so golf paths aren’t all finished. You’ll do a little golf cart four wheeling but the course is in perfect condition, the greens are true, and there are 6 different tee off positions for players of all handicaps! No time for 18 but 9 feels too short? Try this 12 hole course for a truly lovely experience.
