Baywood Greens

This would be a great course in the spring or summer. Great layout and in general a nice course; however, they aerate the greens after the grass stops growing, so the greens are in poor condition all winter.

I was disappointed in the fact that the greens were not puttable.They had been arriated and the small holes were nowhere near closed.I realize that it needs to be done but there is usually an alert when you book on line so you can make that decision whether to play or not.

Course is in great shape! Never played there before, was surprised to here it was cart path only but it was in amazing shape.

Come to Md. all the time and I love to play all the golf course's in Ocean City. The course at Baywood Green is one of the best . The layout is great and the people that work there are o so nice. When you play here, make sure you are on your a game,it is that nice of a course. If you want a great place to play, this is the course for you.

Have played Baywood several times, and while usually a bit overpriced, it is a great venue. Got an unusually nice December day, got paired with a nice gentleman and got around in four hours, yeah. In the peak season, 5 is the norm. Have been to Augusta several times, and 'in season', Baywood Greens is even more beautiful than Augusta. Not the Amen Corner of azaleas, but more, and varied.
I would put Baywoods up against most courses "you can play" , just have found it to be a bit snotty, and overpriced. Wish they would give a break, perhaps just two or three times a season, to us locals. However, I do love Baywood.

One of the best public courses in the DE shore! Would highly recommend! The course floral arrangement is ridiculous too!

although we played baywwod in inclement weather it was playable.the staff did their best to maqke sure we were taken care of and safe. loved the course layout and even in the rain the course was maintained .

Nice variety with a wooded and a water nine. Interesting layout with some challenging holes. Conditions were excellent!

I took a group of golfers some have never played the course and can not wait to come back and play it again.

The pace of play was slowed by a large outing, however it was not unbearable. The ranger continually kept us informed as to the rate of play. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this course. I have played here several times before and consistently receive outstanding service.

Outstanding conditions, beautiful scenery, challenging but fair course with very few blind/tricky shots, friendly staff - nothing but good!

This course is challenging, well-maintained, and has beautiful landscaping and a very attractive clubhouse. It is in an extremely attractive new community. On the day our group played we started off the back nine, which I never like to do. We were allowed to take carts on most fairways, however a few holes were cart path only. The course was challenging, fair, and fun to play. The landscaping is fabulous. The one thing I didn't like was that if you booked on the course web site the price was over $ 100, but if you booked through GolfNow.com the price was $ 75. There should not be this type of discrepancy. All-in-all it was a very nice course that I would play again and would definitely recommend to others.

Play this course every year we come to Ocean City and again was not dissapointed. Always in great shape and maintained with flowers and plants. Played a little slow becauase they did not hook me and a freind up with another twosome.

THIS IS A MUST PLAY ! THAT SAYS IT ALL. Went to Delaware and Maryland to play 4 rounds of golf with a few buddies. I would say this is a first class course. I thought I was at a flower show. the fairways and cart paths lined with flowers. I don't mind spending the money to play a course like this because you can tell they put the money back into the course. played heritage shores(nice),bayside(nice but almost to difficult to enjoy)Rum pointe(always beautiful)

Always ask strangers I play with if they get to Delaware. They should check out this course. Make it a point to play at least once every time I come down, but this time was able to play twice becase of GolfNow deals.

In my opinion, I played the finest course on the Delmarva peninsula. Tough but fair and a beautiful layout! Tees, fairways and greens were immaculate. Flora was artistic along with the out buildings to make it an exceptional day of golf no matter how well I played, which wasn't very well at all. If you live anywhere near Delmarva give this course a shot. I've played most of the courses here, Maryland and Pennsylvania and I would choose this over them all!

Baywood is a beautiful course to play! Staff was great and the scenery was amazing. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars were a few of the tee boxes had so many divots that it was hard to find grass to play from. We will definitely be back! One of the best courses on the East Coast.
