Visiting from Florida for Masters
Really fun layout and nice staff!
Tough, fair greens
Greens are the most difficult I’ve played. While the course is short, par is well guarded. Fairways and rough are patchy, but the greens are very well maintained. Don’t expect them to hold your approach unless you can hit specific small targets or learn to run it up there. Augusta National announced they’re taking an interest in restoring it. Play it now before the price goes up!
Tee boxes nicer than greens
The course utilizes space and layout well however the greens aren’t flat where the holes are positioned so putting up to the hole if it doesn’t go in it rolls back to you past your original spot. Not worth the money.
Augusta Muni
Pretty straight forward muni.
Greens are nicest thing about the course, fairways washed out yet the back 9 is v cool.
Great weather in early March, pace was spectacular. Would def play again since this is the best deal out there.
best deal in town
the course has been constantly improving each week, they are working hard to upgrade the level of play
Not a great course
Front nine was terrible, most fairways all brown, tee blocks, when they weren’t just stuck in the ground very uneven and no grass. Back nine was better but we won’t play there again
Good day at the course
Early tee time allowed for good pace. Course was good, only one area not in good shape and that was the 6 tee box but if a lack of grass on a tee box is the only draw back, it was a good day.
Fun Muni
The Patch is fun. More challenging than you might think. Lots of elevation change and sloped greens. The staff is friendly and the cost is super affordable.
Many of the tee boxes are in bad shape and need to be closed for reseeding. Some of the fairways are beat up as well. The greens are good and roll true. However, the speed of them is not consistent.
I was disappointed with a 2pm tee time on Saturday and the course made us turn in our carts at 5:30. Most around here do not call in carts nearly that early. We had to walk the final 4 holes. I feel a partial refund should be given. And since my tee time was made through GolfPass, that’s where the refund should come from. This system needs to fully understand their member courses so they can set expectations with the customer.
Need improving
I play this course about 4 time a week, it's my practice course. Over the years they have put in alot of effort and money into the course, my hat off to all of there hard work.
The problem I have is the driving range and some of the tee box are really bad, down right awful and is in serious need to be totally redone. They have a class from Augusta Tech teaching people to how to take care and work on golf course. See if they can get them to work on the Patch tee box and driving range.
Lastly, the Chipping area is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL, the grass is suppose to be as the putting green.
You can't chipping on a inch grass and get a true rolled out. It's truly a wasted area.
I really do enjoy the golf course but some area need to be really improved.
Good pace
Enjoy the course as usual. Not crowded, didn't feel I had to keep a pace.
Augusta municipal
Course was fine for the money. Staff is not polite
