Woodland Hills Was Great
The Pro Shop was very nice. Chris up at the front is very personable and doesn’t make you leave the ProShop after you pay thinking, “Jesus, what’s wrong with that guy.” The course had just been aerated, so there’s not much you can do about the bumps when putting. If there weren’t bumps from the aeration, the greens would have been fairly decent. The fairways are cut to a good length and was very hilly if you’re walking.

This is a challenging course. The course is in excellent shape,. Had a 4some on a Sunday, pass was good, 4 hrs. Well worth the cost
Mismanaged tee times/starters
Been years since I played here, but that wasn’t an issue. I arrived 20 minutes early only to be told I am playing with 3 others who have both carts and are no where to be found. There was very little concern of how I was going to find them. I just said I will go wait on the first tee where there was no starter managing tee times. Fortunately, I played with a threesome before my tee time who offered for me to join, who were really polite and members of the course. They were more respectful than the staff I encountered. The conditions and pace of play were great. It was brutally hot. Bring lots of fluids.

Challenging course. Excellent fairways and greens. Well worth the cost
Great course in great shape. Well worth the price and will definitely play it again soon.
Great course for the money
I love this place for the value. I wish someone would do something about pace though. I know the clubhouse was notified about a threesome of growth men clogging up the whole back nine and nothing was done. I was playing with my 11 year old who barely outhits croquet players and we waited on every shot. People were getting mad at us. The threesome was also singing very loudly as were the obnoxious t shirt/sagging shorts wearing teenagers behind us. The policy about no range access (even if paying for balls) without a membership or tee time is aggravating. They say it's because of COVID...stupid policy. It's outdoora people. I'd rather take my croquet player to the range to practice so he can learn to hit the ball.
This course was in great shape.
The course was in great shape. I had trouble with the greens as they seemed inconsistent. This may due the greens still trying to recovered from aeration. This Is why i gave it 4 stars.
Color me surprised
A buddy recommended - so we did. 18 holes stuck in the middle of a nowhere road. Tees were fine, Fairways were great, and the greens were solid. Honestly, my only complaint would be the slices that I hit. Everything outside the rough makes it darn near impossible to find a ball but thats not really their problem is much as it is mine.
Excited to go back. Seriously. Great course.
