Wonderful test of golf we really enjoyed the course and the staff

This course is very challenging. Always like to take it on, and hopefully improve from the last visit.

What a great layout! Doglegs, Elevation Changes, Wetlands, Well Protected Greens, Perfect Fairways and True Greens. Some fairways are tight others are open. The par threes are all fun and pretty. I actually took a few pictures which I rarely do. This is loop course so it does not turn at the clubhouse but there's a nice half-way house. It's a MUST play.

This course was in great condition. Pace of play not bad for a holiday. Challenging for a levels or golfer. Definitely will be back.

This course hands down is worth every penny. Course was in great shape and pace of play was about 4 hours.

Course played good but greens were a little slow. Layout is pretty good but some trees need to be removed on back. They are dead or overgrown. Fairways were in very good shape.

Ive played this course several times, and it never gets old. Fair, challenging, and unique are just a few achillades to describe this gem. Dave and his family, along with the staff make it an enjoyable experience everytime.

This golf course is always great condition. Spoke to the owner of the club and asked me how the conditions were. I told him everything was great and the greens were in good shape. He thought he could be just a bit faster. Be careful with your speed on downhill putts. They're pretty fast.

I love this course. It has all types of holes and challenges. the greens were PERFECT. If you can do some damage on the par 5;s on the front you set yourself up for a good score ( front is par 38-back is par 34) . Wasnt busy which is odd because it should be. I will be back again this summer.

Not a lot of room for error off the tee box. You don't land in the fairway and you are in trouble. On some holes it was almost impossible to find the golfball after an errant shot. This slowed down pace of play as well as all the drops I had to take. The course was very fun to play. The greens were in very good shape and fast. Carts were equipped with range finders which was nice. $40 seems fair for the course but it would be nicer to find it on a better value hot deal. Staff was friendly. I look forward to playing this course again.

I have been playing in this area for a few years now and hadn't had the chance to play Balmoral Woods. The prices for some of the other local courses have gone up quite a bit this golf season so when I saw the greens fees were $45 on a Saturday morning I jumped all over it. The course is in good condition with fast greens. We played from the blue tees and found that it was one of the more difficult courses in the area with an ample amount of lengthy par 5's on the front nine. The average par 3 was 180-190 yards making it a fun but challenging round.

A mix of heavily wooded and parkland holes.  A few spectacular holes in the woods.
