For the money on green fees it's too bad they can't fix the cart parts its like riding through the Grand Cayon..

Super golf course, very nice setup. This track will test your skills. It’s in great shape. Go check it out.

Played as a foursome with teams of two playing best ball.

Course is in nice shape and the greens are solid and challenging. Fairways were good for the most part and our early afternoon tee time let us play unhindered by others until some twosomes caught us on the back 9 who we allowed through on 11 and 12. Had a great time and recommend the course. A bit on the pricier side but if you like to play at your own pace it is for the most well worth it.

Only encountered the cart lady once so come prepared for that possibility early in the week.

First two holes were cart path, other holes had patchy wet spots. Other than that the course was in playable condition.

The best course in Chicagoland area that I have played so far. Fairways, rough and greens in perfect shape. Especially since we haven’t had any rain in last 3-4 weeks. Obviously the course is fully sprinkled and used. Not the norm for public courses.

Took me 5 hours to play. Had to wait at least 10 minutes every shot I took. Tee times were too close together

This course is difficult and has a lot of character. It is not incredibly long, but there are some very challenging holes. Greens and fairways were in great shape, however the rough had more weeds than I am used to seeing. We got it for a hot deal so our price was very good, but at the standard rate I believe it is slightly overpriced.

The course was in good shape. There are a few fairways that need some care, repairing where some dirt patches are. The greens were in good shape, even though they were recently airated. Pace of play was good, finished in 3 hours.

Greens had recently been aerated. They have a little cleanup and maintenance to do but Balmoral is always a great ccourae to play.
