Green Garden Country Club - Gold Course

$62 is too much money for early spring -some of the greens were slash aerated-had to wait on way too many hole for groups in front of us-no windshields on carts-minor issue except it was extremely windy-Also only 1 tee box set up it was in rough shape on several holes

The gold course is a challenging layout. The greens are undulating and quick.

Great course to get a round in good conditions abound with wide fairways makes for a nice round

Pace of play was ok. Fairways and greens were well manicured. Greens rolled good. Traps need some sand. Overall, a good course.

One of my favorite courses in Chicago. Great facilities, great value, Fun course, great conditions too. The only bad part was a very slow pace of play, almost 5 hours on Labor Day weekend without stopping at the turn. Two very slow groups ahead of us (one person shot a 135), and no Marshall on the course to speed them up. But I would highly recommend playing.

Fairways greens and teeboxes in great shape. Several challenging holes. Friendly staff. Slow pace of play. Took 2hr 40 minutes for first 9 holes. No ranger to keep a good pace.

Al always, condition of course was excellent, and this course makes you think and plan, as longest shot is not always smartest move...only negative was that with a 2 start time, by the time we got to the half way house, it was closed. A round without hot dogs...wish the cart gal had those available..

Plenty of blind greens off the tee box on this course. Course was wel maintianed

course conditions poor. Fairways not watered much if at all, Lots or weeds. greens rough.

I found this course to be challenging but very playable. You’ve gotta think to score but you can still get away with the occasional miss-hit.

I play here 4 or 5 times a year. We travel all over to play golf. I’m telling you these greens on the gold course were in fantastic condition. Minus the few divots we had to fix from groups in front of us. I had a 6:52 tee time and we finished at 10:45 little under 4 hours which on a Saturday is good. Differently will be back again this year. Keep up the great work!!!
