Bad Green
Staff always extremely friendly,They punched the greens about a week ago and they are basically UN puttable...open holes and very bumpy. I know they have to do it but it is really bad right now. Love the course but will return after the greens heal up.
Picturesque
Difficult with narrow fairways, many blind spots and hard to hold greens. Great GPS. Have to play numerous times for good score to learn the holes and where to play. Overall interesting mountain course but can be frustrating.
One,of my favorite courses
Staff always extremely friendly . Course is always in great condition and very challenging. I drove 3hours jusr to play that course
Very Interesting
Don't be fooled by the length of the course. You have to premise on almost all your tee-shots. The fairways were better than normal according to my playing partner but it was a lot of hard bare dirt. The greens were almost perfect. They were fast and were all in great shape for a February.
I would definitely play this course again.
Beautiful Golf Course!!
Beautiful golf course, great value and great staff. This is a course that will test all your golf skills. I totally enjoy this course each time I play it. I highly recommend playing it!!
A fun place to play.
We really enjoyed playing this course. While it is very hilly,,each hole was different. The scenery was a bonus. We played it twice while we were here.
Innsbruck
This is a great course. Very challenging but lots of fun. No matter what handicap you are, you will love the beauty of this course. It is nestled in the North Georgia mountains and is a site at any time of the year. I'll be back.
Very Pleased
This is a very good course. Somewhat narrow fairways but is very good. I would play it again.
Play Golf
I was playing alone and the threesome ahead of me was deliberately taking there time during play. I waited at times for twenty (20) min. Or more on holes waiting to tee off or to hit onto the green. The fairway grass needed to be cut which some fairways was being cut during play. Overall it is a challenging course with hilly terrain. I would have enjoyed it better if it better wasn't for the ***holes ahead of me. Thanks for the group that let me play through.
Challenging
As with most mountain courses, the fairways are narrow with little margin for error. Greens were in exceptional shape, especially for August.
Very improved.
As usual at Innsbruck the greens were in shape. The fairways were much improved from the last time I played there. It is close by where I camp during the summer and I will return.
Front desk staff
Bar/kitchen is unreasonably slow. Front desk staff was rudest if any corse I have ever played.
mountain views
The course was in the best shape ever. The fairways were plush and well cut. The greens were great but slow due to a early morning rain. They have new carts with GPS and course layout with yardage. Very good course and a great value.
Great time always
Been playing this course 2 times a year for past 3 years and was in best condition ever last friday. Greens were in excellent shape, fairways have filled in and are thick and plush. Yes there are bare spot in places were trees shade the fairways but nothing you cant overcome. Short course but plays longer than card because most second shorts are uphill. White tees for seniors might be a little long so we will be playing senior tees on are fall trip. Well worth he 140 mile round trip to get there.
Nice quite with lots of animals running around
Nice older course. Well maintained. Little shorts but plays a little tougher with doglegs and hills. Lots of fun stuff to do Helen which is a plus.
Unforgiving Course
I'm not very good but love to play and in comparing this course to others in my area that I've played Innsbruck ranks at the bottom. Cart paths are trash, need to be resurfaced, water is stagnant and odorous just to name a couple of things. Greens are in nice condition but some of the fairways look like a cow pasture.
Great condition course
Fairways and greens were really good. One of the most beautiful tracks in the area. Super staff from when you walk in the new pro shop to when you check out the beverages in the new restaurant.
Great layout, great greens...some fairways are pretty rough
Overall, it is fun course to play. Easy to loose balls if you do not hit the , sometimes very narrow, fairways... Fairways are nicely shaped and provide ample scenic views. Greens are great to put on...
This course would a true resort course, if the fairways would be well maintained. Several fairways had some very rough patches...
For the price we paid, it was a great deal and fun course to play.
