Greens in bad shape
Paid $33 on a Sunday.
Weeds on more greens than weren’t.
Sandy patches on some greens. Burned out.
Tee boxes were more dirt than grass.
Not a single bunker was sand.
It was just dirt and weeds overgrown.
Don’t let the on-line pics fool you like they did me.
Only good thing about the round was the group I was paired with. Good people.

Way over priced
Great layout and great staff. However if you play here you will need a 4 wheel drive ball. Greens are horrible. I know it’s not the summer but being on vacation I have been playing all week at different courses and this by far was the worse. Wear a mouth piece if you drive a cart. The cart path is horrific. Evel Kneviel wouldn’t try to ride that path For the price I paid I feel this place should be in better shape. Best staff by far. Super friendly and helpful.

TLC Needed
Although still in a winter mode, course needs some care. Some tee boxes have no grass at all and patches on greens have not been treated or repaired yet. Fairways are like concrete, which is great for an extra 50 yards of roll, just take that into account of approaches.

Cotton Fields
Course was in average condition coming out of dormancy. Traps had no sand. Not sure what mgt is trying to do there. No real affect on my round since I only played out of one and it was full of grass/weeds. Course was crowded which I would have expected on such a nice day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Started assisted with local knowledge. The yardage book was a great help since this was my first time on the course. I did have a couple DBs that could have been singles or possible pars that I could have blamed on not knowing the course layout. Waiting on most tee boxes gave me the opportunity to drive forward to check out landing areas. That made a real difference. Still shot an 81. I will go back.

Trash
This course was in terrible condition. I know it's early spring, but I've played plenty others recently that are doing much better. The course features bare spots everywhere, hardpan mud in fairways, crab grass on the greens, tee boxes of dirt, sand traps were just dirt (no sand),... etc. The greens and fairways were super hard... drives rolled forever, which is nice, but it was impossible to hold greens. We aren't talking PGA fast greens... they were just hard as rocks. Perhaps aerate from time to time...? Otherwise, there was trash everywhere on this course. Just litter all over the place, which is sad to see. The course could be cute, but someone just gave up on it.

There was no golf ethic whatsoever on the golf course.This used to be a very nice golf course but you can see whoever runs it only wants the money. There’s trash all along the side of the cart path and the Bunkers are unhittable out of..The quality of people playing there has diminished a lot over the last few years and I will not recommend this course to anyone!! The spray painted greens was very tacky looking and it’s ashamed this course has came to this !!

Needs work to be nice
Greens are smooth and nice for this time of year. Very fast and the pin placements are sadistic. This isn't the u.s. open after all. No sand in any traps, tee boxes are mostly bare as well as the fairways. Pay attention to the directions to the next tee.

The course has great features . The course needs repair on the sand traps, limit the five man golf groups.

Enjoyable
Great venue to begin the season. Course was in decent shape considering the recent wet weather, although greens a bit rough. Staff was great and was extremely accommodating. Would definitely play again.
