Awesome Course
Great time, had a couple of horrible shots...but I always enjoy playing here! Ground crews has done a great job, making improvements on the greens

Weird name, decent course
Once you get past the tone deaf name, on its website the mentioned being on former farmland that once grew the South’s best cotton...it’s actually a great value course. The greens had some rough patches at times, but given the current COVID climate, I think that’s forgiven. The views on the course we beautiful, and while it was crowded, pace of play wasn’t too bad.
Overall, I’d recommend this course, at just 30mins south of Atlanta...just maybe think of rebranding the name, it’s 2020 haha!

Green's was terrible
The fairways was good but the greens was no Grass at all

Looking Good
The time the course was closed has done some good. The fairways are nice and green. No weeds. The greens are nice. A little dirt patches here and there. But nice course to play. Cotton Fields is back on my list

Best Condition it ever been in.
Some of the greens need just a lil more time. However, cotton fields is in the best condition I have known it to be over the last 4 years.

Good course
Course played good today not too wet, but windy. Need some repairs to cart paths and around the greens.

Greens are in great condition
Course in good condition tee to green. After 2 days of rain expected soggy condition, but course had drained well and we had a great day. Traps were iffy with standing water & some mud. Overall had a great day with sunny skies and temperate weather. Would recommend .

Not what it once was
Having grown up in this area, we have played this course dozens of times. This was our first time playing it in years and it was the worst condition we have ever seen it. It was remarkably bad, there was trash littered all over the course. Bunker had no sand, just thick Georgia clay. the greens were unputtable on some holes, and the course looked totally in cared for. The nicest thing at the entire facility was there new(ish) beer cooler. Who ever is in charge needs to be relieved of their duties. I would recommend spending the additional $5 elsewhere and play on an actual golf course, not your neighbors uncut backyard.

Great day on a nice course.
Had a great time playing with my sons who do not play very often. The course was challenging for me and fair enough for them. We had a great time. The staff was great. I would play it again.

Course is in good condition but no sand in sand bottles.the cart paths needs work. Also put out fliers for golf etiquette.

Sand traps are terrible no sand mostly mud and rock unplayable greens good condition fairways OK

Solid value
Can’t complain about a thing. Course was excellent in the greens and fairways. Not a superb course, no sand in bunkers, etc... but absolutely great deal for someone just wanting to play golf on a decent course.. highly recommend!!
