Getting Better
Course is in pretty good shape. Tee box's need a lot of help. greens are good but still need work, fairways are good. Pace of play is below average.

Excellent value
I decided to play this course last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Most courses around me were fully booked but this one had plenty of open tee times and was about 35 minutes away. It was worth the drive. The course is in great shape. The only thing that might bother some is that there are several bunkers without sand but that didn't bother me. Finished in 4 hours.. not bad for the weekend. I will definitely be back!

Gone Down Hill
First time playing this course after a 15 year absence and cant believe how much this gone down hill, the course was not even recognizable. This used to be one of the best values and cant comprehend what has transpired to have such deteriation. As others said, bunkers are unplayable, fairway has little grass and the greens dont roll. Only positive was the pace of play was quick.

Terrible Greens
I played this course last week and was told the weeds in the greens were going to be taken care of as well as cut. I went back yesterday with a group to find that it was in the same shape. I told the guys what I experienced on Thursday last week but the course representative said they were going to take care of the issue. We went and it made feel like a liar. I wasted the coupons because NOTHING had changed. I reported a snake on the green at #10 when I played on Thursday. When got to #10 yesterday, I told the guys this the snake hole. One of them pointed out a dead snake laying by the bunker. REALLY!! I wish I had taken pictures but that never crossed my mind at the time. Feel free to contact the course yourself and I am sure they will verify the condition of the greens. I would appreciate a reissue of the coupons I wasted. THANKS

Greens were absolutely horrible! Looks like weeds have completely taken over.
