Awesome course!
First time playing at this course, played the West course. Will definitely go back and play the East course! Conditions of the course were fantastic and so was the staff! I highly recommend!
Great greens
The course is in decent shape and the greens are phenomenal. Some of the best greens I've played south of Atlanta. It still plays hard and fast from tee to Green in the fairways even though they are greening up. Around some of the greens the grass is sparse making it difficult to have any semblance of a short game. Where a high flop is required, one must get creative and hit the perfect bump and run shot hoping to stop the ball close to the hole.
However, for the value I will gladly keep coming back. I will gladly play a golf course that has good greens.
Not bad
The course is great. It is maintained well for a public course and the layout is good. The staff inside the clubhouse is always friendly and helpful. The only down side is the Marshalls are extremely rude. Also why did you change the rules to where you can’t tip the cart girls when you pay card? That needs to be addressed, totally unfair to them.
Very Cool Course At A Great Price
Loved the course. First time playing and it was extremely beautiful to be in the middle of nowhere. I enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend. Asked some locals which course was cooler and they said the West, but I plan to try to the East soon! 10/10 would play again.
Excellent features
Come again next week 4-2-2022 with all my golf friends 6 grub 24 some.
Pace of play
Love this course, however with 3-4 marshals riding around pace of play should be managed better.
Monday was gamblers day unfortunately two groups got upset when myself a single asked if I could skip past them. Overall a great course with awesome staff
Great Course
Course is great it’s open enough to let a driver fly on the par 5’s but has some challenging hazards that come into play to test you. Greens are great, they are super soft and will hold a long approach shot into them. Just make sure you are repairing your ball marks! The pace can be slow at times on weekends as it gets busy but that’s because it’s such a value for the money!! Go play it you won’t regret it!
Guy at the front desk
Had a storm move in while playing. Black guy at front desk was rude about giving a rain check. Not my fault it rained and I had only finished 3 of 18 holes. Jim has been great for the course but this guy has not been. Not the first time either. Just bad enough to write a review
