Stonebridge Golf Club

Great layout for a really fun round of golf. Course conditions were great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the greens had been verticut a few weeks before I played. I'll definitely be back.

Greens were as good as they have been all summer……seem to be getting better and better. If you haven’t played here, I highly recommend it. Easily one of the best courses around here for under $50…….and much better than some more expensive ones! There is a digital scorecard computer on the carts, a free app for your phone, charging ports, PLUS a cover for the clubs. The carts also have a ball and club cleaner…..LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! I also love the fact that they let you take the carts to the parking lot cause I always bring towels a big water jug and my metal cup…….a bunch of junk! I simply Can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s a 55 minute drive for me and I look forward to it!

Course was in great shape, my only issue was it was HOT and we never saw a drink cart! You would think at $70 per round we would have seen a cart at leat one time.

They verticut the greens and they were pretty slick but the lines made them tough to read. They should be sweet pretty soon. We’ve had lots of rain and the grass is growing fast! The rough was thick in spots so stay out of it!! Played tough but fairways were great when I saw them. Love this place! Also there are lots of juniors clinics every time I’m there and it makes me smile!!

I have been playing Cobblestone for 30 years. I have always enjoyed it, but it is narrow and greens are small. Very challenging course, but very nice. I always like the woods and the lake views. Fairways were very nice given the lack of rain. Greens had been recently punched, but they were coming in nicely.

It is a great track, but expensive and VERY slow play. I don't understand how I have to wait 5 minutes on every tee box.

Love this golf course and everything about it! They have an app to give you the course information and keep score which is sweet! It’s spring well into summer and everyone’s green seem to suffer. This place seems to always have aerating going on and there are always holes in the greens…..could use more sand, lots of sand! Still, only had one putt bounce off line and they were puttable! Love this course and the people here and cannot wait to be back! It’s not real long so back up a tee and enjoy the view! This place is well above budget golf for budget golf fees! Thank you Stonebridge for remaining affordable for those who love to play but are on a budget.

I have the great luxury to be able to play at most of the private clubs in GA, and while they do a fantastic job, the barrier of entry for the vast majority of golfers is wildly unattainable. But what Stonebridge has done is take a municipal course, pour in real effort and pride, and turn a muni into a truly fantastic course that rivals many private courses. The conditions are superb, people actually repair their ball marks, rake the bunkers, and fill their divots. The greens are PURE, the fairways are FULL, and the course plays so well that I could play there every week for a year and not tire of it. All for under $75 on a weekend. It's a wonderful course, with wonderful people.

The greens were much faster this week than last and are in the best condition ever.

Great shape, the greens were smooth.

The course was in great condition! I played in three hours. Can’t beat that.
