From worst to first
Hilldale is a good challenging course. A few holes have water that you may not see if you’ve never played here. Check the hole layout before you hit a good shot the realize you must have put your ball into the water. The challenging layout can blow up your score. I guarantee you will want to come back and play Hilldale again a second time .I actually recorded my best scores on the back nine (+2) after blowing up the front nine (+19). The greens are in good shape. Enjoy

Beautiful course in great condition
Played on an absolutely perfect summer day - upper 70's, light winds, and a few high clouds. The course was in spectacular condition from tee to green. The layout is very interesting with several unique holes. Lots of water and trees, so you need to keep the ball in play or you're looking at a big number. Highly recommended especially if you can get a Hot Deal.

Good Value
Relatively short course with some very tricky greens. Lots of holes have risk vs reward decisions to be made. Pace of play (5+ hours) was a little slow but not crazy.

Pleasant surprise
Have played here many time over the years, was going down hill for a couple years. It was in surprisingly good shape! Definitely will return!
