Fantastic greens
Belle Mead has some of the best greens in the Augusta area. In this day they were in tournament condition.
The only negative was the allowing of 5-somes that slow the pace of play. Being a semi-public course it is understandable to cater to members, but 4 should be the maximum in a group. Other than this I would recommend Belle Mead, but only as a Hot Deal. It is not an $85 course for this area. There are better values newrby.
Good value for GolfNow
Belle Meade is a good course with excellent greens. The hot deal pricing is a value, but it is not a course worthy of their full greens fees. $65/$85 (weekday/weekend) are reserved for courses with better carts, fairways, and layouts.
This is a semi-private course and on the day we played they were allowing 5-somes which did impact the speed of play.
All in all a good round of golf for the GolfNow price.
The tale of two courses
The front nine is a death trap. Eight of the nine holes you are at risk of hitting someone or being hit! The back nine is the only redeeming quality of this golf course. The blind tee shots and elevation changes are great!
I recommend playing the back nine twice or wear a helmet on the front nine.

Staff are all sooo friendly and nice. Course was in great shape. Enjoyed the round !
A true gem
Course was phenomenal! THE best greens south of Lake Oconee. Tee sheet was slammed but everyone kept up with the pace of play -- done in <4 hrs.
All good but did NOT honor golf now pricing
Course is in great shape, but when we arrived, they would not honor the Golf Now price we were quoted online through GN app! Felt like a real bait and switch even after showing my GN email receipt, they would not honor it. Very disappointed!
Best greens, BUT…
Pro shop did not honor golf now pricing! Was quoted one price online through golf now app, arrived at golf course and had to pay six dollars more per person in our foursome, therefore using the golf now, app resulted in no discount at all. Would recommend just calling the golf course directly for actual pricing. Very disappointed!
Good course, excellent greens, But…
Courses in great shape greens are the best I’ve seen in years. However, they did not honor the GolfNow online price. When we arrived, we were charged six dollars more per golfer than quoted in golf now reservation. Even with a Golf Now email showing the price, they would not honor it. Very bad customer service, felt like a bait & switch when we left. Any other product or service I’ve ever bought honored the price listed, and if it was wrong, the merchant should fix it after they honor the quoted price to that customer. Very disappointing!
Decidedly average - not worth $125
Played this during Masters Week and was underwhelmed, especially for $125. Pro shop staff unfriendly, borderline rude. Fairways and tee boxes shabby. Lots of downed trees. Traveled 30 minutes from Augusta. Should have played somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend.
