Maui Nui Golf Club

My wife and I have played Maui Nui over 10 times but my son-in-law and his father had never played it. They loved the course. It was wide open for the most part but they thought the course was well manicured and provided wonderful views of the ocean and of the island.

They just would not stop raving ab out the course.

Henry, the starter, was very friendly and accommodating. We had rented four sets of Callaway clubs and they were very good quality, the clubs came with 6 Callaway balls as well.

Highly recommend this course for all.

Friendly and helpful staff, course in great condition

I have played this course many times - every time we come to Maui and it never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The course is in good shape, has nice variety with greens that are a challenge to read.. The pace of play is consistently great!

I especially appreciate their late afternoon 9 hole option. It's a good deal and great when you are trying to squeeze in some golf among all the other activity options on Maui.

The beverage cart staff is friendly and prompt. They are even out during the late afternoon. I have never used their restaurant but it looks nice.

First time playing in Hawaii. The course was fun to play and the staff and cart lady were excellent. There were a few bare spots and the greens were slow in case you only like fast greens. But they rolled true. Would play again. Cost was very reasonable plus we used rental clubs.

First time in Maui and wanted to take 14 yr old daughter who just started in the fall. She never was too frustrated and even being her first full 18 she still likes golf. Price seems a little high but things do cost a little more in Maui so probably fits.

The layout is good, but overall condition is fair at best.. The greens are very slow and bumpy, putts don’t hold the line. I reserved two tee times on line with GOLF NOW and saved 50% over the guest fee, which was quoted at $109. Per round. The fee of $48 was worth it for the conditions but NOT worth $109.

Staff was friendly and efficient but course is not in fantastic shape! Greens were very inconsistent, some fast some slow. Some fairways were in very rough shape while some were quite good!

If you just want to go play golf at a good price and not to concernés with conditions then this is your spot.

Maui is known for several well known resort golf

destinations. Maui Nui offers a good opportunity

to enjoy a game while allowing the credit card to cool off a little. Enough challenge to compare favorably as a layout to the nearby resort, but certainly not as lavishly conditioned.

What a great opportunity to play a course in Hawaii for such a good price. It had plenty of views and for the price we paid, we didn't mind leaving after the 13th hole. The greens were pretty good, not perfect but it look like they were taking care of them. There were some dry patches of grass here and there but overall I couldn't complain! I honestly was expecting less but even the carts had gps. So worth it!

Tee boxes bad, greens bad, sand traps real bad. Pin placement has been in the same six foot area for at least a week. Restroom disgusting.

Great staff, great cart girl! Nice course some repair work going on because of pig damage! All in all great place to play

Courses in Hawaii are expensive especially, for higher handicap golfers. Maui Nui was a great value and not pretentious.. Pretty course and in decent shape considering the storm damage from December. Greens were good! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a fun round!!

Played a casual 18 holes. . The course was in pretty good condition and it was reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed for a beer and happy hour at on site restaurant. Will play here again.
