Pukalani Country Club

This was a fun course, except the first day very hard to figure out how to get to next hole, and there are speed bumps going up a path where you must step on accerator to get up path but there is a speed bump right at top very odd.LOL

also keep in mind if you call the course during week and certain times of day its only 39.00 but tee off charged $65.00 kind of a rip off on tee off site.

but all in all its a very fun course and pretty, kind of like ponderosa with pine trees but has palm trees mixed in, see pics

I like playing golf here. It’s reasonable easy to play and nice views.

Great track, great greens good practice faculties, slow play…4 1/2 hours….course gets lots of play but a great value for Maui golf. Not your typical resort course & I would play again…pay attention to the trade winds

Course was real dry because of lack of rain. The course is mostly up and down with trade winds at last 30 my les per hour. Made it real tough. The course I s actually quite fun. Would be nice to play on a calm day.

Very scenic, good value on the isle of Maui. Very dry conditions making for longer ball distance.

Where can you get a good deal to play golf in Maui? We are nonresidents and it cost an arm and leg to play golf in Lahaina and South Kihei.

Pukalani is very reasonable and fit our budget. We will play here again. The staff are very nice and friendly to talk too. It is a gem find!

Nice little cafe with great food. Small “temporary” Pro Shop with great prices on their shirts, etc …. Great staff!

Course is a well maintained municipal course with old gasoline carts that need replacing BUT this course has a interesting layout, good greens and amazing bi-costal views of Maui at a reasonable price!!!

Whenever I’m on Maui I ALWAYS play Pukalani!!!

The course is called a country club ? Is this some kind of a joke. Directions to the next hole were very poor .. sprinklers with hoses in the middle of the fairway. A lot of debris on the greens . Price was right, but I would rather spend a little more for better maintained course .

Good vale for the money. Shame they have not replace the club house as the temporary facilities are good/but very restricted

Besides elevated greens , at least they are big n mostly flat!! The greens after their aeration are really nice!

Golf carts in very poor condition. Last time played course in better condition. Will never play again.

The experience was pretty rough all around. The golf cart was on it's last legs and had to be coaxed to start each time. There was a wait at each tee box. We got to know the people in front and behind us. The course was not in tip top condition. Rental clubs were in sad shape. They'd been used hard and long for $50 rental fee.

If you are looking for a value round of golf while on Maui take the drive 'upcountry' to Pukalani Country Club. Don't let the club's name fool you, this is a locals course through a regular neighborhood. Forget the mental images of caddy's and car pick up etc etc, this ain't that kind of country club. This IS a great local course through awesome countryside that is a fairly easy/medium difficulty course. It was a fun round even for 2 first time players. The only negatie I will give it is that we were constantly being pushed by other groups to speed up play, being that we had 2 newbies we let several groups play through with zero trouble.

The golf value at Pukalani is fantastic. The views were awesome, and the greens were in excellent shape.

Fairways and greens were decent, but the place really needs upgrades, to carts, clubhouse, cart paths, and bathrooms. The port a potty on the driving range is a bad look!!
