Pukalani Country Club

The day we played it was sunny, windy and rainy all at once. It did everything. One minute you were wet and then dry and then wet again. Still a great golf course.

Conditions windy with some showers but the course made up for it. As always a bit challenging but course was in great shape. Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to playing there again.

I would definitely recommend this course to all levels of players.

Cons: Bunkers were very wet from irrigation.

Range is short with blind landing areas.

Not the best course we have played but it was only $50 which is low for Maui. It has some challenging holes and is worth a go. On the day we played the greens were very slow, which was probably the low point but we would p!ay it again as it was fair value.

They were operating out of a trailer since the club house burned up, the course was somewhat dry and got windy in the afternoon. But it was a friendly, yet challenging course with great views and a good value.

This is a decent and inexpensive course in maui. If you're looking for cheap but OK golf, you can't go wrong here. Greens were super slow. Summertime watch out for the flying insects. We played through a swarm of them for 18 holes. That was the worst part of our round.

I have played this course a few times. It was in much better shape on this trip. It has a very interesting layout and some really nice views. It is also cooler as it is in the up country, which is nice if you don't like it too hot. The pace of play was very poor, and we only saw a marshall once, and he did not seem to make any difference. As well, the amenities were poor. However, it is a bit cheaper than many other courses and worth a try. Some of the views are wonderful!

Played this course many years ago and remembered liking it and same was true this time. Beautiful views, nice wide fairways with some challenging undulations, raised greens, bunkers, etc. but not so many challenges that it took the fun out of the game of golf. Good value and a friendly staff.

My wife and I played Pukalani for first time yesterday, and I have played most of the courses on Maui. This course is simply EXCELLENT, and the shape this course is in? Wow, worth every 5 star I can give it. Take advantage of the Thursday deals or weekly deals. Probably the most friendly staff on the island. Great work continues to be undertaken by Ron and his team, but with every hole offering jaw dropping views of Maui and a great golf challenge, you cannot go wrong.

This is my second time playing the course. I have to say that it is one of the best on Maui. Course has a great layout staff is friendly they will help you with any question or concern you may have.

The price to play was great and when i played 2 years ago it was the same price.

Not only great golf. Beautiful green , fairways and the views are awesome. Make sure to take your camera for some great pictures.

Fairways and greens are in good shape and generous size. Good variety and views. Club house and restaurant are still in temporary trailers after all these years, but the very friendly staff makes up for it. Green fees are low for Maui, and even better on Thursday. Worth the drive from the beach.

This course is great for saving $$$ on vacation. 3 of us played for the price of one at any other course on Maui.

Great service at the food service trailer, but still no attempt to rebuild the clubhouse after many years post-fire.

On course amenities such as ball washers in disrepair.

All in all a public course experience at a public course fee.

Very cordial staff. Greens in excellent shape and we played early morning in under four hours. Good value with Thursday price deal.

The golf course was in impeccable condition so as the weather. The staff from the cart guy, shop and starter box, course staff and not to mention the Golf course manager Mr. Ron Huffman were all accommodating, friendly and professionals. You have to play here to believe it. Can't wait to coming back.

Course was in great condition. Staff was excellent and service was great. One recommendation is to bring your own clubs.

We typically play the municipal course when visiting Maui for the value & views, but thought we'd give this a try for something different. We were not disappointed. We had a foursome of beginners & experienced mixed, so it was a great course for all levels. Greens were a bit rough on many holes, but there really isn't much they can due given the area & the difficulty growing grass. Staff was great & offered great info at check in. Course is set in a beautiful upcountry neighborhood with some great views.
