About
Tamarack Golf Club is a course that will test your shot-making skills yet it is still player-friendly enough to appeal to all skill levels. Pete Dye designed the course with tight, sculpted fairways and undulating greens that come in a range of sizes. The layout offers plenty of challenges with water or sand coming into play on every hole. The golf course will test your accuracy but it is not as difficult as many other Dye designs. The third is one of the toughest holes. A severely undulating green protected by deep bunkers makes placement vitally important on this par 3. The 15th is one of the back nine's more challenging holes. It presents an interesting risk-reward opportunity with a myriad of teeing options. Water lines the entire right side and the two-tiered green is flanked with bunkers to the front and right.

Not Bad...not Great...
Nice layout....can't complain...inexpensive always....pace is good....fairway bunkers are ignored with overgrown weeds and zero sand and stones. I guess that's on purpose. No starter, but did see ranger once.
But would recommend overall.
Overgrown and over difficult
You will lose a lot of balls here if you are having an off day. The back 9 bunkers are really in bad shape.
Horrible Unacceptable Bunkers
Understand that the bunkers are a huge part of this course as there are bunkers everywhere. There is no sand left in any bunkers, most are overgrown with weeds and rest is no different than hitting out of concrete. Don’t encourage golf courses like this by paying them for tee times. Find another place, this course is robbery with deplorable bunker conditions.
Disappointed
There was no starter and no ranger to keep play going. Followed a group of 5 players. Several players on course didn’t follow golf etiquette. Very frustrating
Great golf. Bad sand traps.
Everything was great about this course, except the sand traps. Some hazards had over 1ft of standing water and weeds galore. The course overall is a nice course, but they need to pay attention to the hazards!

Course shape OK except Fairway bunkers. Played as ground under repair.
Really good coarse
Everything was really good at this coarse. The only bad part is some of the bunkers. Most where is good shape but there were a few that haven’t been cared for awhile. Overall though it was a very enjoyable coarse
Poor course and poor course management
We tee'd off at 1124 with a scheduled time. Management said there was a "reverse shotgun" (never heard of it) going off at 1pm, but that it wouldn't effect us. Well low and behold at 1pm there were 2 groups on every hole. Completely ruined our round. They would only give us a reason check for 9. No clue why they would have even accepted our tee time with a 64 group outing going on.
Not to mention the greens were torn to shreds and the sand traps were dirt, Mud and goose poop. I will never be playing here again and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I will never go back for 2 reasons ... pace of play was horrific ..virtually ever bunker more like hard packed dirt and rocks with all the fairway bunkers having weeds 6 inches high. ..I left after 14 holes.
Amazing Course
The course was in phenomenal shape. The greens were awesome.
Take a pass
I have never liked this course, but now they aren’t even trying anymore. It is deteriorating noticeably. Skip your next round at Tamarack.
