Orchard Valley Golf Course

Friendly staff. Great layout. Course was in great shape.

It is very hard to find fault with this course. I play it several times a year, can’t think of a time it let me down. In fact I have a lot of “most memorable “ while playing here. As a 11-12 hcp golfer I can be challenged to the max playing from the regular tees. Yeah go ahead and try the tiger tees!!! Don’t be afraid to back down after playing 4 holes.

I think it is still one of the top 10 in the Chicago metro public.

This is one of the prettiest courses in the are and the back nine will challlenge any golfer

This is a great layout. Reason I say this is because it is fairly open but lots of challenging shots if you do not chose the right lines. Take advantage of the first hole and get ready for the rest of the course.

It has a driving range so you can warm up and see how your ball is flying that day.

The golf course was in good conditions overall but they need to improve the bunkers. I know it’s early in the season, so I will give them a pass for now but expect this issue to be resolved by the next time I play there.

Beautiful weather ALL week and bunkers weren’t touched by any staff and no rakes on the course for players to use, either

The greens were very rough, patchy, and very dry,

Course well maintained . Greens were fairly fast for this time of year. Fairview in good shape.

Bunkers need work not in good shape.

Love this course. They had a frost delay which obviously is out of their hands but I continue to make the drive out to Orchard because its the best bang for your buck. If this was in Wheaton or Naperville it would be $100 a round
