Bartlett Hills Golf Club

Played here for first time and really enjoyed the layout. Interesting holes, nice conditions and well kept. Classic old school design that places a premium on well executed tee shots and approaches. It is not as overly tight as I read online and I used driver from back tees the entire round. Been wanting to play here for some time and definitely will play again before season end. Great layout with plenty of elevation change and tree framed fairways and greens. It is tight with respect to a lot of holes are in danger range for others errant shots and folks need to just leave golf balls where they lie if not yours. I am not a huge fan of Par 3 finishing holes regardless if signature hole or not but this one is a fun hole. Just wish it wasn't the 18th.

This is on ly the second time I've played Bartlett Hills in 2 years, and it doesn't have hills in its name for nothing.. This is a very hilly course with a mix of challenges throughout. Elevate greens and tees all over the place, strategically placed bunkers, wetlands, etc. If you are looking for a challenge this is a good course.. To start off #1 has bout a 30 ft elevated green. #2 short dogleg right par and then a 200 yd par 3 on #3. and then ends with a flyover water par 3 on #18. This course will reward you well if you can keep it in the fairway, if not the strokes will rise. Take your time and think through each hole. I was glad to get back to this course because I was able to shave 9 strokes off my score from last time and it is an enjoyable course to play. Looking forward to playing it again.. Place of play was great, in under 3 hours. Make it on your bucket list of courses to play.

Course is in great shape, I love the course, got a little bit of everything good about the game.

We waited on every tee box for what seemed like 5 minutes each hole, but we played in under four hours, my son pointed out it was probably because we weren’t looking for lost balls on every hole. That has been a problem this year, not being able to find balls you normally would, but not here at Bartlett Hills.

They take good care of a great course, go treat yourself, and if you find my sunglasses.....

The course layout was very nice, the conditions were great. The only bad was no gps on the carts and the carts were really slow.

Bartlett Hills is an area favorite of mine that comes up just shy of 5 stars only because some aesthetics that are difficult to maintain during difficult times.

Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are in excellent shape. The bunkers are also in good shape but several of them were infested with ground dwelling bees which made it daunting to play out of. There are so many tree rings and flower boxes, planters, etc. It appears to be just a bit too much to maintain and it shows.

Not quite sure why they don't offer a sand/seed mix bottle but I expect the course would fair better in many places if it did.

The staff is excellent, super friendly and the food is above average. If Golf Advisor would allow me to tack on an additional half star I certainly would but otherwise I have to reserve the 5 for courses that nail nearly every aspect of a quality golf course experience.

I'll always come back to Bartlett Hills because the layout fits my eye and it's always in good condition. I like that it has a driving range with grass tees and two putting greens too!

Challenging course in good condition. All in all a very nice afternoon

Great course with some challenging holes. Back nine tightens up and slows pace of play. Holes 15 - 17 run parallel to each other. You are an easy target for sprayed shots. In spite of that, I like the course. Number 18 is a nice finishing Par 3!
