Cold day
Hadnt been here in a few years. Greens were arerated about 10 days ago, but are still terrible. Tees and fairways are just average, cart paths are terrible. Other than flying around in 2 hours as the first group after a morning frost, not much to endorse here.

Course needs a lot of water
Greens need a lot of work. Bare spots all over them.
Fairways need water and reseeding. Lots of thin grass and weeds.

Well maintained course
I was surprised how well the course is maintained specially this time if the year. Greens were just recently aerated but was clearly disclosed on their website. I really love how friendly the entire staff were . I definitely will come again. Well recommend course.

Fun layout but course needs work
It's a fun change of pace layout compared with all of the essentially"flat" courses in the area but the course needs work. There were several greens with large bare spots on them and the bunkers could use some more sand in them. A couple of the greenside traps had 18"+ talk crabgrass growing in them as well so maintenance was lacking.
Overall though I enjoyed my round and given the price being charged I wasn't expecting a world class course. I

We really enjoy playing this course, but today the greens were in terrible shape. They had been aerated earlier in the week and were so dry and bumpy, they were very difficult to play.

80 degrees in October??? Played the front 9. Other than greens being aerated course was in great shape. Surprising good pace of play for a day like this. Just a geeat day.

Villa Olivia
Took almost five hours to play as groups in front of us were in no hurry. Greens were recently aerated, so took two putt max. Nice layout and some fun holes. Course was very dry, due to lack of rain. Normally greens are in pretty good condition. Fix your ball marks and replace divots.

Bad for years and still bad
Horrible tee boxes...not maintained at all. Greens were aerated and sanded when I played, so were hard to rate. Fairways in sad shape. This course gets little to no attention. If some $ and daily attention applied, this track could become enjoyable to play.

Good Time
Arrived early and checked in, given a cart and went to the coursd. Was only player on 1st tee. Continued at a good pace. I did catch up to a 3 some and they let me play through. Made the turn well ahead of schedule. Finished round with a 66 which is 7 under. Great day with great round. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Fun course

Avoid at all costs
This is hands down the worst course I’ve ever played. You cannot decipher the difference between the tee box, fairway, or rough. There is hardly sand in bunkers, otherwise they’re filled with pebbles and rocks. Greens are either completely dried out and slick as ice, or the grass is too long that the speed is so slow.
The only saving grace would be holes 15-17, which look like an actual golf course. It literally looks like an entirely different staff maintains these three holes. The fairway is cut nicely to where you can have a tight lie, the greens are receptive, and they are genuinely enjoyable to play on.
For $52 to play, this course is not NEARLY worth that, so I would avoid this cours at all costs.

It was easy to book on Golfnow. The staff at the golf course was friendly. The course was fun to golf.

Where's the Rangers?
Course condition was poor. Really bad tee boxes (No grass) Greens had bad spots that were dried out.(Not watering enough) Fairway and rough grass was long. No Rangers on the course, only seen near the clubhouse. Back nine pace of play was too slow.
