Terrible
Played here many times before, but not in last 3 years. Course is in terrible conditions. Greens were ok, but bunkers, tee boxes and fairways are terrible. No Ranger on the course or starter. Foursomes break up into twosomes mid round and pace is shut. Rather then enjoy playing, it was waiting on school hole for 10-15 mins.
Not good
Worst course I’ve ever played on. For a park district course it should be maintained. Safety hazard on the holes that were directly on the ski slopes. Players ahead of us were so backed up we couldn’t even play though. Would never come back here.
Beware of the back 9!
Course in fair to poor condition. Tee boxes very hard and beat up. The front 9 is much better than the back but not very challenging. Back 9 plays around the ski slope so not very good. Extreme elevation changes to extremely hard pan fairways. Play became very slow on back 9.
If you have to play this course play the front only.
Worst course in the history of golf
Absolutely the worst golf course in the world. No starter so its a free for all on the tee box. Seems like everyone on the course picked up clubs for the first time ever. Ground is about as well kept as a foreclosed house. Worst experience Ive ever had. Dont waste your money on this poor excuse for a course.
Course could use a ranger
5 1/2 hour round on a Thursday morning. Four groups behind a millennial foursome playing best ball with two shots each. Worst pace of the year, no one around to move it along. Foursomes quitting after 15, and player stating that they will not return.
Understaffed
Course was average. But one foursome had five empty holes in front of them by the 18th. No ranger to move them along. 5 1/2 hours to play 18. Never again.
Hills
Challenging course. Only played 13 holes because of an appointment. Will be back
Great Course
Enjoyed the course well maintained and the pace was fantastic

Great little place to play. Nice elevation changes and just enough yardage to score well.
