Worth the $ and a long drive.
Beautiful environment. Good for short hitter. Not much difficulty elements.
WORST COURSE IN THE AREA. Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced
So the manager here never liked me since the moment he laid eyes on me. I don’t think he likes anyone but he had it out for me in particular. I’m out there yesterday….not a soul on the course besides me, and I’m playing/practicing hitting 4-5 balls a hole, tryin to work in my game. I get to 9, and he tells me I’m banned due to “stealing” from the golf course because I played more than 1 ball per hole. so I tried to defend my self explain to him there is not a single soul out there besides me…..he nearly assaulted me, and called the police, blocked the Uber from leaving so he could wait for the police to come. Absolute asinine. Do not give your money to this golf course. They are undeserving

Very slow play and rude starter
I arrived for my tee time 35min early and checked in with the starter. Course was full due to nice 60 day in December. No one was on the tee so I asked if we could tee off early he jump on my case almost yelling that would would go at 9am our tee time and not before. He said all tee times were full and then he proceeded to let a group of three out, I was a single. This course always plays slow and the starter was a total jerk don’t here. They could care a less about service
Solid course in a good location
Played on a Monday, the day after it rained close to two inches. There was standing water on some of the fairways, and some of the bunkers was completely filled with water, but otherwise the course was in good shape and was still playable. On the plus side, there was literally nobody else playing. Fairways are wide though the greens seemed a bit on the smaller side. In nicer weather this would be a great track. Easy to get to for those who live on the north side of Chicago.
Pristine conditions
I have played this course my entire golf life(over 50 years.) I had not played here for about 5 years since moving to Scottsdale. The course was in the best condition I have ever encountered and if and when I come back to visit, I would definitely consider playing there again. They may want to consider changing their name to Indian Boundary COUNTRY CLUB!

cost of the riding cart
My retired friend and I decided to play at Indian Boundaries this morning neither of us has played there in a few years. we usually go thru Tee off .com to get the best deals that we can. I know the cart fee wasn't included but I figured I would pay for it when I arrived. The girl told me the cart fee was $ 17 per person ,I asked if she was right with the price. $34 for two people in one cart on a forest preserve course . Absolutely absurd

Indian Boundary
The course continues to improve in condition and playability. I only get to play here about once every two years, but each time it is very enjoyable.
