Solid Course for Beginners
Definitely slow rate of play but that’s great for beginners.

Classic muni 9 hole
This course is all par fours except one par three. It has a decent layout and has a variety of hole designs, keeping it from feeling redundant despite most holes being a similar length. The scenery is nice while the pace of play is really, really bad. Conditions were fair with the exception of a couple spots. All in all, the location means I will be back.
Not enough value for the price
I played at Billy Caldwell on a Saturday morning and the course was quite busy. The staff was friendly and the location of the course is good. The pace of play was extremely slow. There was a foursome in front of our group that waited for the green to be cleared before they teed off. Unfortunately they weren’t able to drive the ball more than 100 yards which led to a 2.5 hour round. The course needs a ranger to move people along. The course is wide open and doesn’t have much trouble. It’s a good place to practice your long irons and woods but there are no sand traps. Also, minimal water. For the price, I’d rather play 9 somewhere else.

Solid 9 hole muni track in great condition! The greens were awesome and rolling true. Cant go wrong for the price

Kept course
Really need to have restroom and snack shop on the course. At minimum the old snack shop could be replaced by a food truck

It would have been nice if the range had come by just to move the slower players along.

Challenging 9
Nice 9-hole test
5th hole with water and elevated green often back up play.
Greens were good, fairways too.
Tees a little long.
Unfortunately, course condition usually goes down in the summer due to the volume of rounds.
