Patriot Hills Golf Club

This was my first time playing here and it won't be the last.
The drastic elevation changes from hole to hole and unique
Layout made this a fun course. I shot a 102, casual golfer.

We had a very enjoyable afternoon as Patriot Hills was in super shape. We look forward to playing there again sometime soon, hopefully.

The course conditions were great, above what I have seen from other courses in and around Knoxville. The layout was good, definately make a return trip.

We played after some heavy rain the previous day so there were some wet areas on the course but other than that the course was in great shape. The greens were excellent and everything was mowed properly. The rough was rough (due to all the extra water). Great views and a beautiful area! Nice smooth transaction through golf now and the course staff were courteous and accomodating upon arrival.

Fairways in great condition and greens a little slick for me but others may like the increased challange

Very good coarse for both novice and scratch player.

This course is the best around Gatlinburg area!! Very fun course and manicured well...must play!

Pro shop employee was very helpful when correcting double booking from Golfnow. Course in very good shape. Greens rolled very well.

Course was very backed up. This was because it was a very nice day and many people were playing.

There are several things about this course that need to change.

1. It was 93 degrees by the end of my round yesterday. There are no water coolers on this course. At one point, I had to refill my water bottle from a dirty bathroom sink. This is unacceptable!

2. There are no yardage sticks in the fairways. Occasionally, you will find a faded 150 marker on the cart path, but those are all but unnoticeable.

3. No beer is sold there. This is just odd. It's a golf course! Also, the snack bar doesn't take debit cards, so the person working has to walk your card to the pro shop to complete your transaction.

We had a 2:00 tee time. We got there at 1:30 and was told we could go ahead and start. It had stormed the night before, so we were told no carts on the fairway. I think we were the only people on the course. I like the fact that the course has 3 par 3's, 4's, and 5's. There are a lot of out-of-bounds markers on this course. The course was in great shape. On # 8 tee, a guy come by and told us we could use the 90 degree rule the rest of the way in, which I thought was nice. This is one of my fav courses in the area.

They had had a junior tournament that morning and we played later in the afternoon so they had the course in tip-top shape for the tourney so it was a good day to play there. This course has matured nicely since the last time I played there. Truly great greens, wide fairways and just a fun but very challenging course to play. I highly recommend it.

this is a well maintained golf course with a very friendly staff, greens were not as fast as normal, enjoy the mix of three par threes, fours and fives on each nine. course was fairly crowded but pace moved well, always enjoy playing this course

Nice track. First 3 holes have wet conditions in a rainy week but it is nice after that. Confusing yardage on par 3 6th over water hazard but worth playing it more than once, so no problem after the first round.

Course has five par threes and five par fives. Love it.

The staff is very friendly. The layout and quality of the course is one of the best around. It's my favorite course in the Knoxville/Gatlinburg area, which is why I don't think twice about driving an hour to play it.

This course is a drawers delight. While there are rolling hills, most of the course sets up more for a right to left play. On my last round here I played the back tees. If you get out of position it can be quit challenging, so keep it in play and go for it on the par 5's. The greens roll true and can have a bit of speed. be sure to notice where water might drain off of them as breaks can be hard to read. This is one of my favorite courses book your round and enjoy. I'll be sure to go back many times.
