Golfer Reviews
Dandridge Country Club
We have played this course four times and the greens aren’t like they used to be.
Fun to play
One of the best courses in this area. Both challenging but golfer friendly
The white-blue combo is the best
Dandridge CC has 3 nines, _(re-white-blue) so each time you play, it could be a different layout. The day in late July-'26 was wet and we had some light rain on a few holes. Some elevation changes make it a thinking man's course, to get in the right position to score well. Down the middle is not always the best play. I always enjoy the course because it has good size greens, and they're kept in good shape. Some tee boxes are partially bare, but that's a minor issue for a course that has real value for all types of players. I'll be back!
Good variety with generous fairways & some sloping greens
Dandridge is always fun to play & has big fairways decent size greens, & sneaky difficult greens as some are very sloped and a shot into the middle of the green will cause your ball to roll off the green completely. Only issue this past Friday was the very slow play on the blue course, taking 2.5 hrs to play as a single player. No worries. I'll play again & earlier next time.
Great course
We absolutely love the drive to play at dandridge. Course is always in great shape and the staff always welcoming and friendly.
Local Hidden Gem
I was in town for a week staying at the RV park and visiting sites and being an avid golfer, this was a great find. Three nines, each with fun layouts. The course overall character is nice, if the skies were clear, views of the smokies would have made it even more special. I will come back to this place again.
90%
90% back is what the clubs house had to say about the greens after notifying us they had aerated the greens. You would think with 27 holes they would do them at different times but I played all 27 and they all had quarter sized holes and lots of extra sand. Not the greens keepers best work. But I’m sure they will be nice in the summer.
Greens were recently aerated which took away from the value. It would be nice to know in advance
Nice course
Great staff. First impressions are everything. First time here greeted warmly upon arrival.. Gentleman at check-in explained the course and gave us a book on the course layouts. Played all three if the courses and all were in great shape. I will return next time in the area. How are you doing? A contact number they know you’re here yet. Your drivers license I’ll check you in how many your telephone number.
Nice course. Greens were in great shape except for two - they were fair. I was told they were going to aerate them in a few days. Overall, great experince and good value.
Fun course
It’s a fun, shorter course that’s friendly for higher handicaps. Staff was nice. No range and putting greens were mediocre. Overall had a good experience but pace of play was slow.
Great condition, really enjoyable round
Very open and other than a couple of absolutely diabolical pin placements I’d say this course felt like a fantastic option to build confidence and enjoy a round for a high handicapper. No driving range is always a bummer, but by no means a deal breaker.
I played the blue course and the red course
Since the temperature was 35 F, there was no one behind me or in front of me playing. The course was in great shape for winter golf. I look forward to playing here again.
