Fantastic Course Conditions
Might be one of the best I've played on. Greens are tricky and very fast, well maintained and perfect for my 3 & 4 putts.
Not Worth
Not a course I would go to if you shoot 90 or below. Easy layout, friendly staff, in ok shape but a lot of hackers and no ranger to push things along
Beautiful course
Absolutely stunning course. Well kept. Great conditions. Carts are a bit outdated.
Just OK
Fairly basic course. Greens were good. Two very long par 4s not appropriate for the level of golfer that will mostly play here. Guys in the pro shop were friendly, lady at the 1/2 house was not, rude almost. Many better options available.
Nice little challenging course
Love the course - needs sand in “all” of the bunkers. Definitely coming back
Nice old course but needs some TLC
This course could be a gem, however the tee boxes, bentgrass and bunkers are in rough shape. It is kind of a confusing course in terms of navigation, since much of the holes are not clearly marked. You can tell that this course has history to it and could be among to top in the area, but needs work. They still have very old carts, but they work alright. Another big problem Is all the wasps throughout the course. None of the garbage cans had been cleaned and I had wasps swarming my cart almost every hole which was somewhat frustrating.
If you can get a good hotdeals, $25 or under, it is not a bad place to get some practice and have a fun round on a short course.
Gleneagles a good value
A wonderful day, no one in front of us and an under four hours round. What could be sweeter.
Great Layout but bunkers need TLC!
Our first time at Gleneagles. We've heard many wonderful things about the course. We played the 'White' course. The check in was easy and the attendant was nice. The layout of the course is great! The architect took advantage of every inch of the area. Shots were both uphill and downhill. The greens all had undulations. The only issue we had was with the bunkers. They were not maintained very well. We completed play in about 4.5 hours. Will definitely come back!
Good place to golf.
Loved the old school vibe. We look forward to trying the red course next.
An Extension from the Range
It is nothing more than being on the range and hitting a very expensive bucket of balls.
