Broken Arrow Golf Club - East/North
About
There are 27 holes of golf available at Broken Arrow Golf Club, which are broken down into the East, North, and South nines. They are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The East/North Course begins with the most challenging nine of the three. Sloped fairways, hidden water, and strategically placed bunkers make good course management essential. The back nine is considered the most scenic but it boasts another distinction. It is the only course with a dual-green concept in the Midwest, meaning that golfers have the choice of playing to either of the two flags on each hole. It was designed to give players control over the difficulty of the golf course. There are also 30 bunkers and mature trees that come into play on the back nine.

9 Hole layout on South course Photo submitted by DavidLaDuke on 04/06/2015
The greens were in terrible shape. Nothing was mentioned about the greens being aerated. The clubhouse was closed. I have played this course before and enjoyed it, but this weekend's round felt like a terrible waste of money. These issues should have been disclosed.
Greens
Half the greens were dead bc of chemicals put into greens either rejected it or put too much or even the wrong chemicals down so half the greens are unplayable along with the entire south 9 being closed. Clubhouse is closed under construction so the side shack by the range is the temporary check in. $68 round bc of the mess up on the course side they take off $10 not worth it. Hopefully the greens will have healed for next season bc it’s a great course to play.
Good course to try once
I like the 3 different 9 hole course layout. The greens were very rough, balls were skipping. Some of the green layouts were very odd. Would probably play again, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.
Friday 18
The fairways are nice but most of the greens were in really bad shape. You cannot get a true putt due to the poor managed greens.
Greens a mess!
It’s been a while since I’ve played here and it will be a while before I play here again. The greens were so ripped up it was a joke
Decent track, terrible greens
Definitely a solid layout and nice tee boxes and fairways, but the greens are the worst I’ve ever played by far. It looks like a military tank drove across majority of the greens.
Ouch the greens and ouch the attitude
Apparently someone made a fertilization mistake and killed the grass on the greens. The green fees were reduced so it’s hard to complain too much about that. The rest of the course was in great shape.
What is noteworthy is the attitude of whom ever works the counter first thing in the morning and answers phones. We had some bad weather rolling through when my tee time was approaching so I called ahead to see if they were letting people play. I asked if I should bother coming out with the weather and the response was “what kind of question is that? Do you want to play golf or not?” I guess the fella has never heard of severe weather and golf with steel clubs. The attitude wasn’t appreciated, but I made it to the course and checked in with someone else who was great at actual customer service. Not sure where the crabby guy was at, but was happy the tone was better when I arrived and was able to get part of a round in and was issued a rain check.
Absolute garbage. Half the greens looked like vintage shag rugs that had been kept in a basement for 80 years. Pace of play was thrown out the window. We quit on hole 14 after being out there for over 4 hours. I would have rather sewn my face to a carpet. Save your money and time.
Some of the greens were in terrible condition. It was lowers than putting on the rough.
We could have been told about this problem by the staff beforehand so it wasn’t a shock.
Not sure what was going on, but they may have had a disease.
Greens under repair
Would’ve been nice to know several greens on the east course and a few on the north course were under repair and not even puttable
Dre
Greens are dirt! Extremely unhappy I paid full price. And there were discounting walk ins due to course conditions. SMH
