Course in excellent condition. Well maintained, especially the roughs for this time of year. Pro Shop personnel always courteous and professional.

I only played 9 & first time on a link’s style course. Really liked this style course. Would definitely play again - all 18 next time

Moving in the right direction
The whole atmosphere of this place is getting better and better. Lots of improvements have been made and looks like more to come! Very friendly!

Enjoyable Course that continues to improve
We had a very nice day at Willow Hill. It's a nice 9 hole course that provides some moderate challenges. Also like the driving range - one of the few in the area where you hit off of grass. Wish they had some ball washers and water stations on the course.

I come back to play at this friendly course when I am in town NBK. It offers a beautiful panorama and the STAFF is very welcoming, friendly and polite. They are very well trained. I wish they work for me

Good 9 hole course.
I played from the tips so the length was fine by me. It’s really a good course for all playing abilities. Best thing they did was cut down the heather rough a few years ago. Now rounds can be played much faster without so many lost balls. Greens are good but a little slow. They keep them a bit longer on hot days. Nothing burnt out. The course is independently owned so they don’t get bogged down with village politics. Well worth the money to play compared to other courses. There is a driving range and chipping area which is a plus.

Fun Experience
I don't know that it's truly a links course, but it might be the closest you can find in rural Illinois. Seems like they are always trying to make it better. Always enjoy this course. The greens vary in wetness substantially, so it's tough to get a consistent bead on the speeds. Sand traps are kind of sand, but more like mud, practice hitting your lob wedge clean and you're good. I would not recommend playing if it's rained even remotely recently. Really gets wet and gross easily. But a unique experience and fun views if it's a clear day.

Sorry lefty
My nephew came to town and couldn’t bring his clubs. Yikes. There were NO left handed clubs to rent. None. He played some short shots and putted right handed. Awkwardly. The club should have at least one set of left handed clubs on hand.

Construction and Holiday Magic
They are currently expanding to 18 holes and some of their 9 holes are torn up. Also, some of their Xmas displays are still up which is just lazy and tacky.
