Fine tune your short game
Lots of par 3's and only one par 5, this course will test your short game. Short, seemingly easy course that somehow beats me every time. Price is low and conditions are kept up nicely.
BLT
Stoney Creek is a solid muni in great shape. It's very short, only par 65, but very challenging. Don't be fooled by the lack of length and numerous par 3 because the greens are tough!! It's a challenge, lots of fun holes. They also have a driving range and restaurant bar with great burgers & a nice patio. It's a great value for the $$.
Great play
First time here. It's a shorter course and a great challenge for the short game. Great facilities, and a very nice course.
Great for your short game
What can I say...it was worth the $16 I paid to play. The course is very short(5000 yds.) from the "tips". There are only a handful of holes that aren't driveable and the layout is horrific. Most of the holes are right next to each other and closely grouped so you hear 'fore' ALOT! However, 18 holes for $16 including a cart is hard to beat. If you want to practice your short game without going to the range this course is for you.
Great Time
Small challenging course. Great pace of play for a late Sunday morning. Friendly staff. No complaints at all other than my score.
Fairways were awful
Fairways were terrible, and the layout was a disaster. Guys we're playing 8 people on a tee and taking forever.
March golf
You have to be ready for a long wait when you play here even in March. No one keeps an eye on the pace here nice course but expect and hour or more
Additional time to a round and this is a very short course.
Early season good time!
I enjoyed a great round and the course was well kept. The only thing missing was the tee box markers.
january golf
With temp about 42 and a lot of rain on frozen ground, the course was in great shape. Great staff too
Early bird gets the worm
Was able to get an insane deal and was woth the money... the greens were not consistent though, some were sandy and some were perfect but for the price that I got it at I really couldn't complain.... wish there was a halfway house to purchase adult beverages
Stony Creek Golf Course
This is a short course with a lot of par 3s, so I went to play 18 and work on my iron play. Check in, staff was nice, hit a bucket of balls to warm up. Played 4 holes and then came across the maintenance crew aerating the greens while people were still playing on the course. Four of the eighteen holes I played on the greens were unplayable. They had pulled the cup and flag out and the greens were covered with plugs/sand. There was no warning or signs that indicated your golf was going to be interrupted or unplayable on holes as their maintenance staff went around working on the greens. In addition, they did not offer any discount to play that day. I booked my round through GolfNow and received a price break, but the others in my group paid full price.
Love par three
Only thing missing beverage carts and amenities at the turn
Priest
Went there because I felt it would be a decent short course for a quick fix for my golf withdrawal.
Unfortunately could only play 11 holes holes holes in almost 2.5 hrs.
Course was not busy yet very slow with front group and no rangers to manage time.
Will play only if cheap offer and have time.
First timer
This was my first time playing here. The staff was friendly and the course was very nice. I got an excellent price also. Will play it again soon.
quiet time for me
well maintained, golf now hot deal price and uncrowded course quet no unruly teenagers or clowns. alcohol is kind of hard to get so not as many drunks as other corses.

Would like to have been informed that Saturday after 2:00 PM is FAMILY DAY. There was no ranger on Saturday and a family ahead of us was training a young boy (around 5-years or less) and he could not hit the ball out of the tee box. They also had him drop on the green but he could not putt. Also, one single player ahead of us right behind the foursome with the young lad, decided he would challenge his drive on the tee with 5-balls instead of using the driving range--what a long, long, day.
