I got three things to say about his golf course

Conditions were great. Course is narrow so you have to strategize some of your shots. Only nit pick was I was asked to share my cart or pay $6 more in addition to the cart rental fee which I think is kind of silly but I paid it. Recommend regardless.

I have passed by this course a number of times exiting the expressway and always enjoyed the view of it, playing it was even better.

The course driving range is well taken care of and is a great way to warm up before a round. The course itself isn’t too bad, which makes it very enjoyable.

Mostly level holes with well carded for greens and bunkers made this course welcoming to an average golfer.

The real challenge is on the greens! They are fast and well kept. The hole placement wasn’t tough but the speed of the greens was challenging.

I’m looking forward to adding this course to a regular rotation of courses I play.

Love this course. I’d rather play here than winnetka or wilmette or chick evans. The practice facilities are incredible. Grass tees are huge plus. Hate 7th hole.

Pace was terrible — almost five hours. Hold up started on second hole. Also a little annoying that practice range was closed on a Monday morning

Course was in great shape. The greens were perfect. We played in 3hours and 40 minutes

Only wished they had drinking water or beverage

4:50 round. Slow from the second hole. Need rangers to move things along. Otherwise I liked the course

I was politely welcomed and greeted.I will definitely come back.

Deerfield is a nice course with fun layout. The staff is rather rude like they are doing you a favor being there. The price is high unless you can find a deal on GolfNow. The pace of play was very slow over 4.1/2 hours. The tee time was at 330 at 7pm the cart gps started playing messages that the cart had to be in at 8pm every 5 min so annoying.

I will play again here in the fall when price drops and pace of play is better to bad you can’t play it on the weekends in summer

Playing with my one buddy all the timeand two other player goes out with us all the time, course was perfect and well maintained..

Played in a league left after 6 weeks. 2.5 - 3 hour rounds .

When you have sunset valley down the street why pay more for less.

And be treated like an outsider!!

I arrived at Deerfield for my tee time and no one was there ? Apparently they had closed the course for play due to an active shooter in highland park.

They left the gate open and locked the doors with no sigh. Or explanation on the door.

At the very least cancel my tee time so I don’t drive to the course!
