It’s a straightforward course. No tricks. GPS helps. It was Cart Path Only after night of heavy rain so the course played long. Enjoyable golf course but keep it in the fairway.

Slow slow slow

Be prepared to wait on the tee box for 10 minutes each hole.

Even though we finished in 4 hours 10 minutes, it wasn't fun waiting every hole. Weird round.

Nice course, but greens need to be taken better care of.

I enjoy playing at Deerfield, but is the greens this year are not in as good of shape. The weather is understandable, but there are too many ball marks that are not repaired. This should be straight forward that if you leave a ball mark, a big one, please repair it. All the greens have too many un fixed ball marks. You can’t roll putts good if greens are in bad shape. I feel too many people don’t care or think it takes to long to repair a ball mark.

Complete golf course

Might be the best public course in the north and north west suburbs. Great condition, beautiful trees well maintained. Top facility driving range , pitch and sand practice area. And practice putting area.

Pace of play issue

Took over 5 hours to play 18. Ranger comes up to us and tells us we need to move faster when there are two 4somes ahead of us. We are literally waiting for 15 minutes every time to tee off and this guy tells us to pick up the pace. Ridiculous
