OK Course
Unfortunately, I forgot my Garmin watch and the cart GPS weren't working and finding the yardage plates wasn't easy because they were grown over. I've played this course before and don't remember the greens being as bad as they were today. I don't know if they had a fungus or what, but they needed help.
Great time
The Pace of play was great As we finished in four hours On a Friday afternoon. Played with a buddy of mine and we’re paired with two young men and had a great time. They’ve made the course a bit simpler lately removing some bunkers and that might have impacted the pace of play in a positive way. Great value and on this day every employee was helpful and more importantly happy. Kudos to the cart staff as she did a Great job. Definitely will come back
Always a good time
Staff very friendly. Course was in good shape for early spring. Like the different deals that they offer.
Course was in good shape.
Always a solid course and glad to see that hole #3 was back open. They took the right bunker out. Some of the greens had patchy spots but overall, the course seemed to be in good shape. Only complaint today was that we got stuck behind an EXTREMELY slow foursome. They were consistently 2-3 holes behind the group in front and were on pace for a 5 hour round. We skipped a hole to get in front of them and the rest of the round was great. Just wish courses would send a ranger out once in awhile to check on pace of play and encourage slow groups to move it along.
Worst experience with a ranger in all my years of golf. Aggressive and uncomfortable towards my entire foursome.
Great shape for early in the year
Great to be back on "The Old Course" as we locals call it. Boxes, fairways and greens all in great shape for the first round of the year. Pace was a bit slow, as expected with cart-path-only and a bit of a breeze early in the year.
Spring condition s
Not bad shape considering all the rain..But we got stuck behind slow foursome..Behind 3 holes..Call clubhouse and they sent out ranger/mangr..He basically did nothing..Foursome just kept on playing.
Amazing value
Seriously confused how this is not a private course… practice facility is top notch and the staff was great. Honestly shocked at how nice the course conditions were considering it rained all day the day before. When I’m back in the area I will definitely be back.
Soggy
Weather hasn’t been too nice as of yet. If it’s not raining, it’s cold. Played decent considering the conditions. Wind was tricky but manageable.
